Objective:
To ensure clarity in the attendance and leaves processes defined by the management.
Office Timing:

Absent without punching the leave in the leaves management system - one day salary deduction.
• If an employee has already availed two off days in a month and requests for
half-a-day off, the salary would be deducted.
• If an employee doesn’t have access to a computer, they must inform HR on
WhatsApp. No back-dated leave request would be entertained.
Incentive:
Dress Code:
• Employees are not allowed to come to office in casual clothing and sleepers.
Office Decorum:
• Chewing pan, Guttka or Niswar within the office premises is strictly prohibited. In
case of any violation, strict actions leading to, but limited to, termination can be
taken.
• Employees are required to maintain professional demeanor within office premises at
all times. Any activity beyond the norms of decency will be dealt with strictly.
Food Wastage:
• Food is provided to all employees as per the company policy. Employees are expected
to show care and avoid food wastage.

Annual Leaves:
• All permanent employees who have completed 12 months of continuous service are
eligible to avail 15 annual leaves according to the roster submitted before the year
starts.
• Annual leaves are accrued two leaves each month.
• Employees shall submit their annual leaves roaster to their respective Heads of the
Departments and submit annual leave form at least 30 days before the leave start
date to HR.
Sick and Casual Leaves:
• All permanent employees are entitled to 24 numbers of leaves in a year which are
categories further into 15 annual and 9 (casual, sick and emergency). The accrual of
leaves would start from 1st of January every year. Any leaves not availed till 31st of Dec
would be written off.
