“RESOLUTION TO RELEASE THE 5% CALAMITY FUND FOR CY – 2014 FOR


PURCHASING RELIEF GOODS IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS ONLY ( P 120,000.00 ) OF BRGY. POBLACION, JABONGA AGUSAN
DEL NORTE”

WHEREAS, Caraga Region XIII was proclaimed “State of Calamity;

WHEREAS, Brgy. Poblacion was one of the most affected area;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay planned to purchase relief goods for affected
families;
‘’NOW THEREFORE”
BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to release the 5% Calamity Fund for CY2014
for purchasing relief goods in the amount of one hundred twenty thousand pesos only (P
120,000.00) of Brgy. Poblacion, Jabonga Agusan del Norte.

UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of January upon motion
of kagawad Merriam M. Puyo and duly seconded by all members present.
