Effective this 2nd day of August 2022, you are hereby designated as the Junior High
School Curriculum Chairman of Sogod National High School, Bacacay East District,
Division of Albay with the following authority to wit;

1. Disseminate Information being prescribed or ordered by the DepEd or other


public and private agencies to your fellow Year Level Teachers for the development of
the students and of the school as a whole.

2. Take charge of the students under Junior High School in case a particular teacher
is absent or attending official transactions, seminars, conferences, trainings, contests
and parades required by the department.

3. Remind teachers to maintain the cleanliness of their territorial assignments and


check reports, programs and school activities.

4. Prepare and consolidate reports intended for the Junior High School.

regarding the same.

2. Develop and maintain school curriculum and ensure compliance to standards and
provide expert knowledge on same.

3. Coordinate with teaching school personnel to develop and implement various


activities and provide support to all services.

4. Participate in various guidance sessions with students and ensure growth of


students and prepare vocational goals for all.

5. Assist students with all emotional requirements and prepare various counseling
and intervention strategies for all students.

6. Maintain and ensure confidentiality of all information of students.

evaluation procedures related to INSET programme.

3. Share learning and good practice with the team and other teaching personnel
who have a training role.

4. Administrate and organize the activities involved in the role, including


correspondence, internal communication, logistics planning, electronic filing etc.

Coordinator of Sogod National High School, Bacacay East District, Division of Albay
with the following authority to wit;

1. Provide assistance to co-teachers in writing action research following the format


and guidelines provided in the Research Management Guidelines or RMG.

2. Upon the submission of a teacher’s action research proposal, should ONLY be


performing the following:

a. Check if the format done by the teacher is in conformity to the RMG;


b. Check the technical aspect of writing mechanics such as spelling, grammar,
punctuations, etc.;
c. Check the completeness of the documentary requirements prescribed in the
RMG. If found lacking a supporting document/s, provide the same and assist the
teacher how to accomplish such; and
d. Endorse the Action Research to the principal for approval or for submission to
the Division Office.

3. Participate actively in research-related activities in the division.

4. Uphold ethical standards of research at all times.

5. Consult the Division Research Coordinator for unresolved issues related to


research.
