Hours of operation
The store hours of operation for East Gate pharmaclinic shall be Monday
to Friday from 7am to 7pm, weekends and public holidays from
9am to 5pm. Doctor visits will be from Monday to Friday between
the hours of 9am and 3pm.

The major processes for the business will consist of the following:
Marketing- Gaining the attention of customers and building a demand
for our products and services.

Quality control is a process by which a company attempts to keep or
enhance product quality. Quality control requires that the company
foster an environment in which employees and management aim for
excellence. The business will focus on two types of quality control,

Required for loan
A loan of $250,000 would be needed in order to start the business. These
funds would be obtained as a loan from First Citizens bank and would be
used to purchase stock such as medication, medical items and other
miscellaneous products. It would also be used for salary payment and
utilities for the first month.
