is done for you.
I hope that you and Auntie Mavis are well. I’m writing because Sam says you didn’t get the
family reunion invitation that I sent. The date is 4th May and it’s going to be a big get-
together with about 50 people. I’m hiring a big room at the White Rose Hotel in Exeter for all
of us. Do you know where that is? It’s just at the bottom of the big hill when you walk east
away from the town centre.
We’re going to have dinner at the hotel and we have the room from 5 pm, so everyone’s
going to arrive just after 5. It’d be a real shame if we didn’t get to see you and you didn’t get
to see everyone. I’ve even booked a band to play some live music in the evening, so I think it
will be really fun. You also have a choice of three different meals from the menu so Auntie
Mavis should find something she likes.
I’d really appreciate it if you could email me back and tell me if you can come. I really hope
you can!
Best wishes,
Katrina
