My phone Alcatel One touch 4007D double SIMs is locked to day. How to Unlock it ?
There is no specific unlock code or steps in order to reset your device fully, you will
need to in fact contact your carrier in order to receive an unlock code so that you can
unlock your device for use without causing any damage to your device.
If your Alcatel supports android application installation then you can use the Go Locker

default. Here is the download link for the GO locker for your device

If all else fails, bring your tablet to the nearest service center or have a technician who
specializes in android devices check it for you.
The phone is pattern locked and asks Google account. when i try to boot in recovery
mode it shows a warning sign and a phone near it.
If the phone is asking for a Google account then you can add this information into the
box so that you can in fact get into your device without having to reset all the
information off of your device. This is the safest way to get into your device by using
your Google account to gain access.
You can try to reset the pattern first by providing the email address (Gmail) and
password. But you need to be connected to the Internet via WiFi or data connection. If
not, you will have to do a factory reset. Do the following to do the reset:
I brought a Swisstab 2g calling tablet and did not use it for long time. when I switch
on the table I am getting the Swisstab logo with information like Andriod OS 2.2,
Kernel 2.6.32, Build Number v 1.5.7. I tried with all combinations for factory reset
but could not succeed. Even I tried with factory reset button using a pin but no
response. it just displays the Swisstab logo and loading icon.
Below I have suggested a solution to this problem as this is the same question that was
posted below in this section.
I suggest you just press and hold the reset hole for 10-15 seconds. Make sure that the
tablet us fully charge as this procedure drains a lot of battery charge. If that does not
work and your tablet has a power button and volume buttons, press them along with
pressing the reset hole until you see the android logo. Release the power button once
you see the android guy. Choose recovery mode then wipe data/factory reset and yes.
The device will reboot or ask you to reboot it.If all else fails, seek a technician`s help
who is an expert when it comes to android devices.
If you are trying to do a soft or hard reset then you are having trouble in going to
recovery mode, you can simply follow these very simple steps to do so.
In order to go to recovery mode in Karbon A6, first is turn off your device and rest a bit.
Then press the both power button or on/off button and the volume up (volume +)
simultaneously until it restarts and it will bring you to "recovery mode".

mobile . how to hard reset it?
Not all Android devices have built-in Android system recovery. However, you may still
do the following steps below to see if you can hard reset your phone via Android system
recovery.
Press and hold Volume up and Power button at the same time until you boot into
Android system recovery. If your phone didn't boot into Android system
recovery and boot up normally instead, turn it off again and then try the
following key combinations below until Android system recovery shows up.
o Volume up, Home and Power key.
o Volume down and Power key.
o Volume up, Volume down and Power key.
If you have no luck accessing the Android system recovery, your phone may
require service, please contact your phone dealer.
If you have successfully boot into Android system recovery, proceed with the
following steps.
Choose "wipe data/factory reset" with your volume keys and then press
home/power button to confirm.
Choose "yes -- delete all user data".
Select "reboot system now" to reboot your phone after the data wipe is complete.
That`s it. After doing all the steps above, you have now successfully hard reset
your phone.
I can bring up the android maintenance screen but it won't surpass it and
go to the reboot menu even when I press the home button again to
confirm?
I'm trying to reboot a HKC p776a-bl tablet my niece locked herself out It has no
volume buttons I have been using the home and power button it brings up the android
with the caution symbol but won't give me the menu even after I have hit the home
button to confirm it, (I've tried the power button too)
Since your problem is related to re-booting. Then the most probably solution that you
can do is by re-flashing your device, either the original firmware, upgraded, or moded
firmwares. Your problem might be the so called boot loop and there are some files
needed for your device to be able to boot normally.
But still you can still try doing a restore factory default in your device to try whether if
this solution can help your phone to boot normally. Here is the article you have to read
regarding about the key combinations that might possibly works for you.

Yes, you can reset your tablet if it`s stuck on boot. Please do the following.
Turn off your phone. Remove the battery if it`s possible, then reinsert it.
Then boot into recovery mode. Please see the instructions above on how to boot
into recovery mode.
If you have successfully boot into Android system recovery. You can now reset
your tablet by selecting "wipe data/factory reset" with your volume key, then
confirm using your home button or power button.
Then after data factory reset is complete, select "reboot system now" to reboot
your tablet.
You can try resetting it first without using a computer by doing the following:
If you still want to do the reset on your computer which runs on XP, do the following:

REMEMBER: your device must be rooted and has enabled USB debugging for this to
work. The driver must also be installed. Usually, the driver is not found that is why it
does not work.
This will not delete any data except the recent pattern/password. You can also watch

Available keys are Home and Power. I'm familiar with android recoveries, reset,
custom ROM and related subjects however I think I'm overlooking something quite
simple here. I've tried the two key combo with no luck. any other ideas besides adb ?
First, power the phone off. Next try combinations of either Home+Power, Volume Up
and Down+Power, or Volume Up+Home+Power. Hold each combination of buttons for
10-30 seconds to ensure it has time to properly boot the phone into recovery mode. Now
use the volume keys to navigate the menu and find Factory Reset option. Select the
Factory Reset option with the power key, and allow phone time to reload the OS.
The main cause for the reset to not take on the device will be because of the device not
being powered off completely before applying the button combination. Ensure that your
device is first powered off before proceed to use the volume up + power button
combination.
When i switch on android stops on black image with android in the middle
This may be happening because you have encountered a software issue on your device.
You can attempt to bypass this problem by performing a factory data reset on your
device so that you can get past this screen on your mobile start up. Understand first that
by performing this option you will lose all of your information stored onto your device:
C. Once on the boot menu use the volume keys to highlight factory data reset
I have tried the combinations that was in the article. No one combination
is working, what can I do?
More or less that the combination keys to reset the tablet may not be applicable for you
to reset the device. Not all Android devices has the same pattern to access it's recovery
to set it back to factory settings. There are some other manufacturers that let you reset
the tablet by re-installing the firmware by using a PC Suit. Some manufacturers also
provided a reset hole that you need to poke the hole to set the device back to factory
settings.
For manufacturers that requires you use a PC Suit, you need to install it on your
computer. This PC suit is a software that came in the package or by going to their
website and download this program as this would be the utility to re-install the firmware
and to set it all back to factory settings. You need to connect the device also the
computer via USB cord and the USB debugging must be enabled for you to re-install it.
For manufacturers that created a reset hole in the tablet. You just need to poke it and
hold for 1 minute, then you need to let go and the device will start to restart and to set
everything back to factory settings. Normally, this reset hole is located near the USB or
look at the sides of the tablet to find the reset hole. Since that you did not specified
which tablet you owned, you may also refer to the manual on how you can reset it back
to default.
It says on the step that I need to press the correct keys to boot the phone
to recovery, u not mentioned which is press to open this system
To boot the recovery menu, you need to press the combination keys. Combination keys
would vary from the manufacturer of your Android device to access it. Here are the
combination keys that you can try to access the recovery menu, you need to press and
hold the combination buttons. Please refer below:
Volume Up + Power
Once you press those buttons and hold them. You should be able to access therecovery
menu on your tablet and to set it back to factory settings. Once you see the menu on
screen, you just need to let go of all buttons or once you felt a vibration then that is the
signal to let go.
If you have any problems with any of these steps please post in the comments
section below.
