    Provisional Admission for Grade XI (A.Y. 2023-24)

    Dear Parent,

    We are starting with the Provisional Admission process for Grade XI from Saturday, 8th
    April 2023. The admission for class XI students will be taking place in the month of April
    as well as June. The admissions taken in the month of April will be considered as
    “Provisional Admission” till the student’s CBSE Board result for class X is declared.

    Classes will begin from Monday, 17th April 2023. Parents are requested to carefully select
    the stream (Commerce or Science) and subject combinations for their child and then fill the
    google form. You are advised to fill the online form through School’s Official email Id.

    General Instructions:
    1. School Application Form (google form) for Provisional Admission - Grade XI:
    Parents are requested to fill the google form carefully and select the stream/subject
    option while filling the form. (Use School Official email Id only)

    2. You are requested to read all information, before attempting to fill up the School
    Application Form (Grade XI).

    Important Note:
    • As per the CBSE Rules, if any candidate wants to opt for Mathematics subject in
    class XI & XII, then he/she should have mandatorily opted for Standard
    Mathematics in class X.
    • The preferred subject combination / stream may / may not be assigned
    depending on the marks scored and seat availability.

    3. The last date for filling the google form: On or before 2nd April 2023.
    4. Declaration of Streams: The list of students along with the streams, date and time
    to visit the school account office will be shared through E Campus on Thursday, 6th
    April 2023. Kindly adhere to the schedule for the smooth functioning of the
    provisional admission process.
    5. On the assigned day, please do the following:
    ➢ Go to the Maganlal Pandya Memorial Hall and collect the Provisional
    Admission Form, a teacher will be present toassist the parent to submit the
    form.
    ➢ Carry the following documents:
    a. Bring Two Recent Passport size photographs
    (Please write student full name behind the photos)
    b. Student Aadhar Card copy (Bring original for verification)
    c. Both Parents’ Aadhar Card photocopy (Bring original for verification)
    d. Parents’ PAN Card photocopy (Bring original for verification)
    e. Government authorized Caste Certificate of Father/Child, if applicable.
    ➢ Once form is filled, proceed to Accounts Office to make the payment along
    with the filled form and the documents.
    ➢ Please bring in the Cash or DD (“Saraswati International School”) of amount:

    ➢ The amount paid at the time of stream confirmation is neither refundable nor
    transferable.
    6. For Provisional Admission in Class 11th, the school provides provisional admission for
    the students who wish to take science, commerce stream. Provisional admission is liable
    to be cancelled in case a student fails / gets compartment in class 10th annual board
    examination or fails to qualify the admission criteria. In case of cancellation of admission,
    fee for first quarter will be charged and will not be refunded.
    7. For provisional admission, eligibility criteria will be based on the result of Half Yearly
    Exam/ Preboard Exam.
    8. Filling the google form is not a guarantee for admission. The School Administration
    reserves the right to offer admission to selected candidates only.
