1. For Normal Driving (on dry pavement), Use 2Hi 2. To change 2Hi -> 4Hi, drive below 60 mph and operate switch, wait until light stops flashing. Use during reduced traction. Do not shift while wheels spinning or cornering. 3. To change 4Hi -> 4Lo, stop vehicle place in ‘N’ and operate switch. If light flashes, move slightly. Use during reduced traction with high drag. 2Wheel Lo mod allows transfer case to be engaged into Lo range, while the ECU is tricked into thinking the front dif disconnect is engaged when it is not. This can eases reversing, moving trailers, etc on hard pavement. To utilize: 1. With the truck running and 2Hi selected, activate 2Wheel Lo Switch (any speed or gear) 2. Select 4Hi on the dash selection dial (truck speed <60 mph). Do not change dial back to 2Hi. 3. With the truck stopped, and gear shift in N, select 4Lo on the dash selection dial. 4. Vehicle is now in 2Wheel Low. Rear locker, traction control, MTS are available. 5. To deactivate 2Wheel Low, first deactivate 2Wheel Lo switch, while selector dial still in 4Lo. 6. Then Switch selector dial back to 2Hi. 7. If any errors occur, deactivate 2Wheel Lo switch, select 2Hi on dial and power cycle truck ignition.
