Having collected our little experiences until today, we tried to feel like a teacher and held a lesson.
The presentation and speeches of the girls were crisp and clear. In these lessons, I realized that the
talent of a teacher lies in the ability to transfer knowledge to another and in the ability to make
difficult things easy. We had both easy and difficult topics for students. But the ability to make the
complex easy was not possible for everyone. Studying at the lesson, I listened with interest to the
detailed sequential explanations of teachers (classmates) on a topic that was quite complicated, and
I understood that the examples given by the teacher make the topic more understandable. In the
lessons of such a teacher, you feel comfortable and confident in your abilities.
From my point of view, Aruzhan Kates' examples were clear and easy to understand, when
she came to the board and started her topic, I felt like a seventh grade student and listened in an
easy language we understood. There was a connection between the teacher and the students (with
us). Not everyone succeeds in making difficult things easy, but she did it easily. Nowadays, it is
necessary to change the role of the student: from a passive listener to transform him into an active
participant in the educational process. This is a time consuming process because many children are
currently unwilling to learn. No patience, no desire. And she was able to transform us into an active
student.
During the lesson, joint work, games, competitions, presentations reveal the creative abilities of
children. And in this case, the feedback from Symbat and Aruzhan was interesting and active. Their
poster design was not presentable, but their work with the audience and the way they look and
explain each student carefully was the best.
About Our speech, we prepared a poster and a presentation. Our work was presentable and easy to
understand. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the educational process, new modern
technologies were used in the work. But our topic was too broad, due to the flow of information, we
could not explain all this to students in one lesson. Our topic needed to be divided as two different
lessons or more.
Also during the lessons, I realized that we should develop the student not by teaching, but by
teaching by developing. To develop the thinking of students, to form the ability to independently
discover new knowledge, to navigate the flow of information. This was our first experience in
teaching, in the future we will correct all this and we will grow together.
