Hello, bro! If you are reading this article, you are probably looking for a working carding methods. Let
me share one for you.
First, I want to answer a common question - why do I share it for free? The answer is pretty easy - I
have a big database of Russian ID packs + selfie, that are required for this method and sell them for $3.
So lets start..
In 2020 buying cryptocurrency using stolen cc is not an easy things. On major exchanges verification
rules are getting tough and governmental policy on cryptocurrency in countries like USA and UK
enforces exchanges to require full verification from their clients.
Some basics: the main idea of successful carding is tool for the site like a legit user.
50% of success is a correct setup.
50% a good Non-VBV CC (which won't require one time password for purchase).
This method was tested and works the best with Mobile setup and Russian Non-VBV CC.
What are the advantages of mobile setup?

• Today more and more users use mobile phones for purchases online and sites anti-fraud systems
are much more loyal to such users.
• In case of mobile setup mismatch of holders address and IP location is not a problem, because
it's OK for mobile users to travel.
• It's impossible to get precise location by IP.
• Mobile carrier socks5 usually doesn't require selection by state/region.
• Mobile carrier socks5 are ALWAYS clean and can't be blacklisted, because they can used by
many users at the same time
Why do we use Russian CC?

• Russia is a closed country and banks do not share much personal data with payment systems.
Unlike for US or UK CC, there is no way for site to get and check any data about holder - name
and address.
• Safety - no one is going to investigate carding. Russian police cooperates with Interpol only in
case of really serious crimes like murders or terrorism.
• Russian cards usage is uncommon with carders and anti-fraud department doesn't pay much
attention to such operations, only general rules apply.
• Relatively high balances. Most of cards in my experience have $700-1000+ balances, salaries in
Russia are pretty high and people usually keep money on the card. Of course in case if you use
cards from active and fresh database.
How to make a mobile setup?

The easiest way is to do it on your PC.
In this case the best option is to have a clean Firefox installation + Install user agent switcher extension

Also you can use mobile phone for this, in this case no additional settings required.
For mobile setup connection should go strictly via 4G network. You will need to use mobile carrier
socks5. In this case connection goes via 4G modem on the socks5 provider side.
For our method 4G modem should located in Russia, because we will use Russian CC later.

They have monthly plans with unlimited usage. For Russian carding I use Megafon plan, it provides the
good speed and ping.
Setup is ready, what's next?

Major cryptocurrency exchanges like Coinbase have strict anti-fraud policy and we DO NOT
RECOMMEND to use them, results were not so good. It's a good idea to look for a smaller exchanges,
where anti-fraud department is not so well trained and they would be happy to see new clients to buy
some Bitcoin with their CC... :)
What exchanges do we use?
My recommendation for newbies is to start with this 2 exchanges:

bitx.cash
I hope by this moment you are ready with the setup to create account. It's easy, CryptoEx will ask for
email verification, sometimes it can mail drops to spam folder. I create new email for each account at
cock.li service with airmail.cc domain - it takes just 30 seconds to create and no mobile verification
needed. Better to use ID holders name in email login. After creating account it's time to verify it.
And that's the moment when you will need my service - I can provide clean Russian ID for verification. Each $3
pack includes - Passport scan/photo, address confirmation(usually from passport), selfie with passport, text file

All you need to do is to fill out personal data form on exchange and upload provided scans. And it's
time to wait a bit for verification... Usually it takes about 1-2 hours for verification, in some cases up to
12 hours.
After successful verification you are ready to go!
Where to get Russian Non VBV CC?
I buy CC on luxcc.store and on blackbay.cc market. They provide reasonable quality and prices, you
can always ask support for CC replacement (of course you have to provide screenshots that prove that
CC was dead). Hope you remember that for Russian CC there is no way for site to get and check any
data about holder, so you can basically use any Russian CC with verified account. The exchanges I
listed never ask for CC verification, unlike some major exchanges.
In my experience first transaction should be in $200-400 range, in this case there no risk of bank
blocking the suspicious transaction. Next transaction can be done in 15-30 minutes, in the amount. I
hope you bought BTC by that time and sent transaction to blockchain, it's now impossible to block it,
you got the BTC.
Now it's time cash-out the card completely - try transactions in the same $200-300 range as fast as
possible. If site says 'not enough balance' just lower the amount and hit it.
