The undersigned are Grade 11-TVL Leyte students of Schola de San Jose’s Senior High
School Department currently working on a qualitative research study entitled, “SCROLLING
STORIES: A NARRATIVE INQUIRY INTO THE SOCIAL MEDIA HABITS OF
GRADE 11 STUDENTS AT SCHOLA DE SAN JOSE”, as a partial fulfillment of the
requirements for the subject, Practical Research 1.
In connection with this, we would like to ask your good office to allow us to conduct our
research study in “Schola de San Jose”. Rest assured that the data we will gather will be used
solely for academic purposes and will be kept confidential. We will also make sure that there
will be no disruption to the regular school operations and that any necessary informed consent
from the participants will be sought before proceeding with the research.
