We, ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited (AMSA), hereby confirm that the Pipes as per
ANNEXURE 1 (Sales Contract No. SAE9 165799) were produced as PSL2 and meets all
requirements of PSL2, they were however incorrectly marked as PSL1 instead of PSL2. All
required tests for PSL2 were carried out successfully by AMSA as per Sales Contract.

We hereby authorized to remark the pipes for the above- mentioned contract. The
API logo/monogram, the monogram date and the AMSA license number (5L-0319) should
not be removed, remarked or amended. Marking should be in strict compliance with the
relevant material test certificate.
