1.0 INTRODUCTION
A computer is an electronic device or equipment that follows instructions from a hardware or
software programme to carry out tasks, calculations, and activities. It has the capacity to accept
input data, process that data, and then generate outputs. It can also collect input, process the data
in accordance with predetermined rules, produce results, and store the results for later use. It
operates under the control of instructions stored in its internal memory. In the appropriate storage
media, computers can also store data for later use and retrieve it as needed. A series of input,
processing, output, and storage operations make up an information processing cycle. Modern
computers are electrical devices that may be used for a wide range of activities, such as web
browsing, document authoring, video editing, application creation, video game playing, etc. They
combine integrated hardware and software components to perform programmes and offer a range
of solutions. My dream computer is a complete set of gaming personal computer (PC). It is because I
love to play video games such as Fortnite, Dota 2, Minecraft and etc. When I want to play those
games that I mention before at my current pc, it always become lag or did not respond and the
display screen will become freeze so that I become frustrated whenever I want to play a game. This
is why I want to make my dream gaming computer becomes true.

Figure 1 Gaming PC
Any hardware part that enables a user to enter information and commands into a computer is
referred to as an input device. Keyboards, mice, touchpads, and trackballs are a few examples
of common input devices. To get the most out of your computer, it’s crucial to choose the
appropriate input method for your requirements. Choose a device that will work best for your
particular workflow since different ones offer varying degrees of convenience and flexibility.
2.1 Keyboard

Figure 2 Keyboard
This keyboard called as Razer Cynosa Chroma. This Cynosa is one of the most reasonably
priced gaming keyboards available, with some of the nicest feeling, low profile membrane
keys I've ever seen, yet it retails for RM265. While it may not have some of the features that
other gaming boards have, such as a dedicated wrist rest or media controls, it does have
extensive RGB lighting from Razer that can be customised on a key-by-key or zone-by-zone
basis. The Cynosa Chroma is still rather basic compared to many membrane boards on the
market, but given that it's a Razer product, you can bet it's much cooler than the ones you
used to use for schoolwork. It's also a reliable, simple, and attractive keyboard.
2.2 MOUSE

this ideal shape for my hand, this ambidextrous mouse eliminates inadvertent clicks and
painful wrist strain. It helps left-handed players like me, but right-handed players who play
for extended periods of time can also switch hands to avoid getting tired. The SteelSeries
Sensei 310 strives to be more than merely ambidextrous and is regarded by PC Gamer and
TechRadar as the best ambidextrous gaming mouse. The impressive 12,000 CPI and 1 to 1
tracking ensure that the cursor travels in perfect sync with your hand movements. The 31-
bit ARM processor in its chipset also aids in delivering low-latency performance and enables
you to remember CPI settings, button remapping, and RGB effects. And even better, for
ultimate comfort, the soft-touch rubber coat washes away sweaty palms while
strengthening your grip.
I choose this controller because it is better than The DualShock 4 controller. The controller
was excellent, and thanks to Bluetooth compatibility, wireless PC networking wasn't too
difficult to set up. That and more are performed by the Sony DualSense Controller. It
continues to connect through Bluetooth, and a cable connection with lower latency is always
an option. The price also quite affordable and around RM 276. The rechargeable battery is
much more practical than the AAs needed for the Xbox Core when using the gamepad
wirelessly. Battery life, however, still has room for improvement. the Sony DualSense
significantly alters the original's looks while maintaining a similar control layout. Advanced
haptics and adjustable triggers can be used on a PC via a cable connection, while Steam
7
support is available on the controller. Full DualSense functionality on PC is the greatest way
to enjoy those games, as more PlayStation-exclusive titles become less exclusive owing to PC
ports.
This headset is Steel Series Arctis 3. The Arctis 3 has the brand's distinctive soundtrack,
which emphasises important noises to give me as a gamer an advantage whether I’m playing
a game or just watching media in general. For my convenience, this pair's detachable 3.5mm
connection makes it possible for me to work with any gaming system, including the Xbox
One, and mobile devices. The price also is around RM 258.

3.2 MONITOR
An amazing gaming monitor, the ASUS TUF Gaming VG27AQL1A is more well-rounded
than its predecessor, the ASUS TUF VG27AQ. It is certified as G-SYNC compatible and
natively supports Adaptive Sync and Free Sync. The price also reasonable at RM1519. It
boasts a fantastic response time at its maximum refresh rate and can be overclocked from its
native 144Hz refresh rate to 170Hz. Extremely little input lag exists, and it persists even
when 60Hz gameplay is used. HDR content does not appear as well because it is not as
bright, but it does show a variety of colours. Wide viewing angles are provided by its IPS
screen at the expense of a poor local dimming feature and a low contrast ratio that makes
blacks appear more grey than black. It is and You shouldn't have any trouble setting it up in
the perfect viewing position because it is well-built and the stand has excellent ergonomics.

The RGB lights on the Logitech G560 Light sync are also extremely intelligent: for
compatible games (and more have been added in the years since the model was released), the
lights can automatically sync to gameplay. Otherwise, you can sync to music, use one of
Logitech's sampler modes, or simply set the lights to whatever you want, including special
features such as changing colour based on your in-game health. The only drawback here is
that all of the Logitech software may take a little extra time to figure out and properly set up
— a small price to pay in the end.

4.1 Motherboard
The motherboard is the main circuit board of microcomputer. it is also known as main board
or system board. The motherboard serves as the backbone of the computer, connecting all of
its parts and enabling communication between them. None of the components of the
computer, including the hard disc, GPU, and CPU, could interact without it. For a computer
to function properly, the motherboard must be fully functional.
Figure 9 Motherboard
4.2 CPU
The CPU is the central electronic chip that determines the processing power of the computer.
The CPU is referred to as the computer's brain. All types of data processing tasks are carried
out by the CPU. It keeps instructions, results from intermediate steps, and data. All
components of the computer are operated under its control. As example, while you are using
your computer to browse the web, create the documents, play games, or run software
programmes, the CPU will calculate and interprets instructions.

Figure 11 RAM
5.0 STORAGE
Storage is a mechanism that allows a computer to keep data indefinitely or temporarily.
Storage devices such as flash drives and hard discs are essential components of most digital
devices because they allow users to save various types of information such as videos,
documents, pictures, and raw data.
12
5.1 SSD
Figure 12 SSD
Solid State Drive, or SSD, is a type of mass storage device like HDDs. Because it does not
have internal optical discs like hard discs, it is more durable. It is lighter than hard discs,
consumes less power, and has read and write speeds that are 10 times quicker than those of
hard discs. However, these are also pricey. Although they perform the same purpose as hard
discs, SSDs' internal parts are very different. Solid-state drives (SSDs) are hard drives
without any moving parts, hence the name. SSDs use non-volatile storage to store data
instead of magnetic discs. SSDs don't need to "spin up" because they don't have any moving
parts. It varies from 150GB to several TB and beyond.
