1. Introduction:
Universal testing machine, hydraulic, servo-controlled and computerized, for performing controlled testing of
loads and displacements in traction, compression, bending and bending with appropriate accessories, at
medium to high strength and large samples, in many fields of use, from the control industry Production in the
sector, certification of materials by accredited testing laboratories, from research and development of new
technologies in universities and research centres to institutional training of technicians.

2. Application
WAW-F Series Universal Testing Machines is designed with single workspace. It can do tension, compression,
bending and shearing tests. Force measurement is through load cell. With long travel actuator stroke, it is
suitable to test standard specimens, long length specimens, and specimens with large elongation.

6. Features
1. Load frame
1.1 Single-space structure, all tests are done in the same space inside, driving the cylinder on the home;
1.2 Top-mounted hydraulic double direction actuator is used to apply a tensile or compressive load to the
test specimen; this design makes it easy to provide different stroke lengths and extended test openings to suit
unique applications without costlycustomization.

1.3 The main frame is full rigid and gap-free structure. When the tensile specimen is broken, the testing
machine has no impact on the ground. Meanwhile, the host has the advantages of high resistance to pull
(pressure).
1.4 4-column construction providing superior axialand lateral stiffness, chrome plated columns for easy
cleaning and longest life.
1.7 Large test space
Double acting crossbeam quickly accommodates specimens of varying lengths. In the case of additional
length of columns, the maximum testing space is adjustable to meet extra length specimens.
1.8 Optional extra height load frames are available to accommodate pretested concrete strand.

2. Main cylinder
2.1 Piston rod is Nickel and Chrome plated. Plating thickness can reach 0.1mm with strong anti-corrosion and
anti-wearing ability.
2.2 Extra thick rod ensures high stiffness to resist lateral loading.
2.3 Piston and rod are one-body forging with strong impact resistance.
2.4 Sealing components are Hallite U shape and double sealing ring, ensuring zero leakage.
2.5 Hallite guidance wearing ring is applied to ensure high resistance to lateral force and low friction.
2.6 Main cylinder matching with differential circuit allows fast return of piston.
2.7 Zero clearance and pre-loading connection between piston rod and upper grip guarantees high reliability.
2.8 HST uses most advanced Piston / guide sleeve copper melting process as wearing ring, with service life five
times than polymer material.

3. load cell
Double flange tensile compression dual direction load sensor, reasonable structure,excell
ent property, high test precision, good linearity, which avoids many unfavorable factors br
ought by oil pressure sensors and affects the accuracy of force value measurement.

4.Hydraulic automatic grip

Hydraulic wedge / Side action grips offer fully open-front design making specimen loading efficient and safe
for the operator.

7. Hydraulic power unit

Equipped with SUN Cartridge logic valve in the hydraulic system of the equipment, it
can be smart regulation of system pressure. The pressure servo technology can
guarantee that the system pressure is always only higher than the cylinder pressure
1MPa, when the test force is low, the pump output pressure is lower, when the test
force increases, pump output pressure increases the proportion too.
The differential pressure is adjustable to ensure no shaking during test, thus saving energy and reducing heating
Low noise: NACHI Japan gear pump, combined with our technology of HPU production, its noise is not more
than 70dB, improving the working conditions of workers.

8. Controlling system – EDCH 550

High integration, powerful control, data processing capability, high reliability.
Three closed loop (force, deformation, displacement) control system, force,
deformation, displacement of the full digital three closed loop control, each
control loop can be realized without impact smooth automatic switching.
Test force, deformation, displacement and other rate control and maintenance.
Three channels high precision 24 bit analog signal acquisition system, the highest acquisition frequency can reach 12
0Hz.
Three high-speed digital acquisition channels are used to collect quadrature pulse signals such as photoelectric enco
ders and grating rulers. The maximum signal acquisition frequency can reach 4MHz.
It can output 0~2MHz digital pulse signal, which can be used to drive servo motors, stepping motors, etc.; it can also
output 16-bit precision -10V~+10V analog voltage signals to drive servo valves.
With perfect limit protection, overload protection, emergency stop and other safety protection functions.

EDC i20 controller from Doli, Germany (Optional):

This machine can also be configured with intelligent & powerful EDCi controller
from Germany for data acquisition and close loop control with features of stable
control, fast response, high speed acquisition and exceptional reliability. This
controller is with measuring channels for synchronous acquisition of load,
position and strain from transducers like load cell, encoder and extensometer
and supports additional channels for future expansion. Communicated with
intuitive software for all machine control & data acquisition, and sampling
rate up to 2.5kHz (optional 10kHz) ensures to obtain more accurate &
repeatable test results. With special plug stored sensor data, it can self-identify
and auto-calibrate the sensors of load & extensometers configured with testing
system. Up to now,it is most reliable device to be used extensively for static
and dynamic testing machines.

9. Handheld Unit:
Stainless steel hand control box: more durable,
can control the rise and fall of moving beams and cylinders,
clamping and loosening of jaws
RMC-7 Handheld Unit (optional part from Doli, Germany)
With the help of DOLI RMC-7 handheld unit the user can perform test
speed control, grip movement controls, load/deformation, and strain,
observe real time strain values, control movement/position of grips, assign
max.-min. limit etc.
The most important property provided by DOLI handheld unit is that the
user does not have difficulty when placing the specimen into the grips
because of the mobility of the unit. Handheld unit comes with a magnet
attached and can be placedeasily on metal surfaces.
In an emergency case, test can be stopped immediately by pushin the
red emergency button on the RMC-7 (which is located on the upper right side of the handheld unit).

The whole measuring and control system adopts the
special controller, which can achieve the digital adjustment

high reliability.
2.Possess the functions of storage, setting and loading
for various kinds of parameters, which make it convenient
to connect multiple transducers with one load frame.
3.Realize the close-loop control, and show the
reference curve during the executive operator adjusting
the close-loop parameters, so the user can observe the
close-loop effect caused by the parameters.
4.Perfect graphic function to complete the functions of
the reappearance, amplification, reduction,
self-adaptation, lapping of the curves, display and print the

the test point.
5.Data processing supports automatic analysis and
graphic man-machine mutual processing, which is
convenient to check and compare the test results.
Multilevel identity management
Multilevel identity management, different identity has
different functions, which not only makes the operation
quick by ordinary operator, but also protect the system
effectively.
