    SOURCE OF FUNDS: LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD FUND

    II. RATIONALE

    Learning is by far the only entity that remains constant in our rapidly changing world in
    the context of education. The learning environment is one of the most important factors for
    effective learning to happen. Students learn in a child-friendly gender-sensitive, safe and
    motivating environment.

    As mandated by the DepEd, part of the School Improvement Plan (SIP), the road map
    that lays down specific intervention that a school, is a provision of a safe, secured, and sanitary
    school learning environment with the help of the community and other stakeholders.

    Hence, the school made this project proposal to call the generous support of our Local
    School Board to address the urgency of resolving the school security and school children’s
    safety.

    III. DESCRIPTION

    The project is confined to the construction school gate, specifically the main gate and
    small gate with an initial fence.

    IV. BUDGETING

    The budget to be used in the accomplishment of the school gate and initial fence will be
    taken from the Local School Board fund 2022 budget.

    VII. IMPLEMENTATION TARGET

    The project will be implemented upon completion of the bill of materials to be submitted
    to the Municipal Engineer for consolidation and upon approval of proposed labor cost to be
    submitted at the Schools Division Office.

    VIII. REPORTING

    A terminal report of this project will be submitted with pictorials, financial statements to
    be posted in a conspicuous place on the school premises.
