Job Analysis

According to Blum, "A job analysis is an accurate study of the various

components of a job. It is concerned not only with an analysis of the duties
and conditions of work, but also with the individual qualifications of the
worker."
It is crucial to understand the amount of labor needed to operate a firm
successfully and efficiently at all times when conducting business. A clear
understanding of the employees' roles and responsibilities as well as their
ability to fit into the business process are both beneficial. Standard
qualifications are necessary for hiring and selecting people in order to conduct
business efficiently.

Compersation and Other Benefits

a. Salaries and Wages
Each last day of the month, in exchange for the services they have delivered,
all partners and employees must receive the salaries and wages outlined in
their employment contracts. Every 15th and 30th of the month, the payroll cut-
off computation is performed
b. Overtime Pay
If they work longer than the standard 8-hour shift, partners and workers are
eligible to overtime pay. Each employee will be paid an overtime rate, which is
25% of the hourly rate on ordinary working days and 30% of the hourly rate on
rest days and regular or exceptional holidays, in cases where it is essential to
work past the normal working hours.
c. Government Mandated Benefits
All legal benefits, including SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, and 13th month pay,
are also available to partners and employees.
SSS contributions give employees security in the form of illness,
unemployment, retirement, disability, and death payments. According to the
Philippine Social Security System's provided timetable, the employee and the
employer would split the contribution.

Pag-ibig benefit is a national system of tax-exempt mutual provident savings

for commercial and public sector employees and other earning groups,
supported by mandated matching payments from each employer. The Pag-
IBIG fund's major investment is housing; the set payments, which must come
from both the employee and the employer, will be Php 200.

Each party—employee and employer—pays a portion of the Phil Health

premium. The payment is based on the employee's actual monthly salary.
Hospital expenses, room and board subsidies, prescription drugs, and
professional services are all covered by benefits.

According to the 13th Month Pay Act, the employer is required to pay all rank-
and-file workers the equivalent of one-half of the basic salary they received
during the previous calendar year by December 24 of each year.

d. Sick leave
Consists of two consecutive days of paid time off granted to workers who
must stay at home to attend to their medical requirements without losing pay.
To prove that they are unable to work on those days, the employee must
submit a letter and a medical certificate.
e. Vacation leave
Any employee who has worked for the company for at least a year is entitled
to five days of paid vacation each year.
f. Holiday/Chirtmas bonus
All workers will get a holiday/Christmas bonus as payment for their efforts
throughout the year.
