PROPOSAL

1. INTRODUCTION
Sharing professional and advanced expertise, the Management Student Committee (MSC) Strategic
Marketing Management Seminar, designed and proposed for the MSU Open Day, will be a significant
programme on business development for the event. This seminar will provide all attendees with the
opportunity and benefits to broaden their business knowledge and skills and gain a deeper grasp of their
specific market in order to effectively implement strategic marketing management and maximize the
effectiveness of current marketing strategies, as well as gain valuable knowledge and a better
understanding of specific markets. This worthwhile business seminar is excellent about increasing
attendees' productivity and performance by sharing their thoughts and ideas to get a fresh perspective on
the subject, inspiring one another, and learning how to collaborate and make more innovative judgements
or better decisions on creating an effective process of putting the company's mission into action through
precise and strategic methods that link strategy with the mission and goals of their company. It will help
attendees respond to developing product-market strategies, budgeting monetary and operational resources,
and reconceptualizing to improve their company's budget management and increase its overall longevity.
This seminar programme is also one of the faculty's efforts to strengthen the spirit of social marketing,
which increases and enhances its popularity and targets students and business people. In addition, by
producing a student with high knowledge and self-development, this can have an impact on one of the
university's wishes, which emphasizes ensuring the advancement in life of the talented with opportunities
that enable the gifted to achieve their true potential and actualize their dream. This paper was developed in
order to obtain approval from the Management and Science University (MSU) for the planned and
addressed programme.

The organiser (Management and Science University) had hoped for a warm welcome and positive
"Feedback" from the attendees by hosting such a programme. This programme is designed to help
individuals realise their goals in the field of entrepreneurship. This curriculum also teaches entrepreneurs
how to run their own firms or form partnerships in order to become outstanding entrepreneurs in their
sector. As a coordinator, I sincerely hope that this document is authorised so that more successful
businessmen or entrepreneurs, particularly programme participants, can be produced.

Senior Executive Director, Strategy and Transaction, Ernst & Young PLT

Mrs Normadiana Binti Mansor, 44 years old. Currently residing at Kampung Sungai Mulia, Kuala Lumpur.
Mrs Diana has more than 20 years of experience in transaction advisory including 6 years spent working
abroad in London. She has vast experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions focusing on
due diligence across several sectors including oil and gas, services and trading, manufacturing and
education. Diana has also led assignments on financial position assessments for various Government
related agencies and corporations.
