I am Christine Jhen N. Sambrana, 26 years old, married and a resident of Palanas, Alcantara,

with the degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED) major in General Education at
West Visayas State University Calinog Campus, Iloilo City. My 2 years of relevant experience
combined with my friendly demeanor and attention to detail make me an ideal candidate for this
position.
I have exceptional computer skills. Specifically, I am proficient with MS. Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and google docs. At my current company based in U.S, I worked as the Virtual
Administrative Assistant for two years, where I quickly became vital part of the team. My role
will mostly administrative and paper work. More specifically:
-Manage emails for the CEO and indicate the priority of emails in the inbox. Drafting emails
replies on behalf of the CEO as needed.
-Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. -All
employee and business
-critical documents are saved and filed properly.
-Find new ways of doing things, streamlining processes, making recommendations that will
allow for increased productivity.
-Consistently stay up to date on task management and communicate effectively regarding what
is most important.
