1. The record of following shall be in picture format (JPG, JPEG, PNG) with
picture size 50 KB for the Logo and 250 KB for all the other photos
i. Institute / training partner main building as cover photo
ii. Logo of the training partner
iii. Affiliation Certificate
iv. Registration Certificate
v. Accreditation Certificate
vi. Health & Safety Photos
a. First Aid Facility Photo
b. CCTV Camera Photo
c. Fire Extinguisher Photo
d. Water Filter Photo
vii. Canteen Photo
viii. Reception Area Photo
ix. Counseling Office Photo
x. Security Guards / Arrangements / Checkpoints Photo
xi. Personal Belongings lockers Photo
xii. Toilets Photo
xiii. Library Photo
xiv. Auditorium Photo
xv. Hostel Photo
xvi. Transport Photo
xvii. Internet and Printer Photos
xviii. Trade-wise Photos of (Classrooms, Workshops, Consumables,
Equipment & Machinery)
xix. Trade-wise teachers’ photos
xx. Trade-wise seats allocation / approval by Boards (in case of new
institute)

i. CV / Resume of Teachers
ii. Last Audit Report

Click on the edit icon in the first box. If you are affiliated with any board/com-
mission or university, select the name from the dropdown menu and attach ev-

Now click on the edit icon of the second box and select name of the body/orga-
nization you are registered with. Also attach evidence picture (JPEG, JPG, PNG:

Click on edit icon and add total area and covered area in square feet. Whether
your institute’s property is rented or owned? Select appropriate option from
the dropdown menu.
Add infrastructure details by clicking edit icon. Mention total number of class-
rooms and computers available in your institute.
Answer all the questions with Yes or No. Mention internet speed and if your
institute has auditorium, mention its sitting capacity.
Click on edit icon at the top right corner of each trade box. Provide number of
class rooms, labs/workshops, enrolled candidates, training capacity, and name
of accreditation body. Click on ‘Save record’ button.
Click on trainer’s summary and hit the + icon. Add trainer’s details and upload his/
her resume in pdf format (maximum size limit 1 MB). Click on Save Record
button.
