Instructions for participating in the quiz:

1) परीक्षा में शामिल होने के लिए उस इं ट्राने ट सिस्टम का उपयोग करें जिसमें क् रोम ब्राउज़र है । सिस्टम
पर क् रोम ब्राउजर पर क्लिक करें । यदि फिनै कल सिस्‍टम है तो भी परीक्षा में भाग ले ने के लिए क् रोम
ब्राउजर अनिवार्य है (यदि आपकी फिनै कल पीसी में क् रोम ब्राउज़र उपलब्ध नहीं है तो कृपया इसे स्टार
डे स्क->डाउनलोड->ब्राउज़र से टअप->क् रोम से टअप से डाउनलोड करें और इसे अपने फिनै कल पीसी में
इं स्टॉल करें )। क् रोम ब्राउजर में बिन्‍दु सं ख्‍या 2 में प्रतिपादित लिं क को पे स्‍ट करना है । स्‍टैं डअलोन
इं टरने ट पर बिन्‍दु सं ख्‍या 2 में प्रतिपादित लिं क काम नहीं करे गा। Use the Intranet system which is
having Chrome Browser to attempt the Exam. If it is Finacle PC then also it should have
chrome browser (If chrome browser is not available in your finacle PC then PLEASE download
it drom Star desk-downloads-browser setup-ChromeSetup AND install it in your Finacle PC).
In chrome browser paste the link mentioned in Point no. 2. link mentioned in Point no. 2 does
not work on standalone Internet PC. Click the Chrome Browser on the system.

2) कृपया सु निश्चित करें आप, आपके साथ साझा किए गए लॉगिन पे ज/यूआरएल तक पहुंचने में सक्षम हैं ।
सु निश्चित करें कि यूआरएल सही टाइप किया गया है (यूआरएल https://172.1.80.22 है )। Kindly
ensure that you are able to access the login page/url shared with you. Ensure that the URL is
typed correctly (URL is https://172.1.80.22)

3) कृपया सु निश्चित करें कि ब्राउज़र के लिए POP-UP हो सकता है (अर्थात POP-up अवरोधक अक्षम है )।
Please ensure POP-UP is enabled for the browser (i.e. POP-up blocker is disabled)

4) लॉगिन के लिए अपने AD क् रे डें शियल का उपयोग करें । उपयोगकर्ता boicorp का प्रयोग न करें । केवल
अपना आद्याक्षर दर्ज करें और उसके बाद पीएफ सं ख्‍या डालें । प्रारूप नीचे दिया गया है :
उपयोगकर्ता नाम: <आपका एमएमएस आईडी> (उदाहरण: XX123456)
पासवर्ड: <आपका एमएमएस पासवर्ड> (कृपया सु निश्चित करें कि एमएमएस पासवर्ड काम कर रहा है
और लॉक नहीं है ) Use your AD credential for login. Do not user boicorp. Just enter your initials
followed by PF no. Format is given below :
Username : <your MMS ID> (Example: XX123456)
Password: <your MMS Password> (Please ensure MMS Password is working and not locked)

5) यह सु निश्चित करने के लिए कि आप परीक्षा तक एक्‍से स कर पा रहे हैं । कृपया परीक्षा समय से 15 मिनट
पहले लॉगिन करें । लॉगिन में किसी भी समस्या के मामले में कृपया ZO/HO IT से सं पर्क करें । Kindly
login 15 mins before the exam time to ensure that exam is accessible to you. Kindly reach out
to ZO/HO IT in case of any issue in login

6) परीक्षा के निर्धारित समय पर टाइमर के रुकने पर पे ज को रिफ् रे श करें । Refresh the Page once the
timer stops at scheduled start time of exam

7) एक बार लॉग इन करने के बाद, जिस परीक्षा में आप बै ठने के योग्य हैं , उसका विवरण स्क् रीन पर
प्रदर्शित होगा। यदि परीक्षा शु रू होनी बाकी है , तो यह परीक्षा शु रू होने के लिए शे ष समय दिखाएगा।
यदि आप अपकमिं ग परीक्षा अनु भाग में परीक्षा नहीं दे ख पा रहे हैं , तो कृपया 022-
61319855/02261319859 पर सं पर्क करें । Once logged in, exam that you are eligible to appear for,
details will be displayed on the screen. If the exam is yet to start, it will show the time
remaining for exam to start. If you are not able to see the Exam in upcoming exam section,
please contact on 022-61319855/02261319859

 8) जब निर्धारित परीक्षा का समय शु रू होता है , तो आपको डै शबोर्ड पर "Started" बटन दिखाई दे गा। अपनी
परीक्षा शु रू करने के लिए उस पर क्लिक करें । When the scheduled exam time begins, you will see a
"Started" button on the dashboard.  Click on it to begin your exam

9) एक बार जब आप Started पर क्लिक करते हैं , तो यह एक ब्राउज़र विं डो पॉप अप खोले गा। कृपया
सु निश्चित करें कि POP UP ब्लॉकर अक्षम है जै सा कि बिं दु सं ख्या 2 में बताया गया है । Once you click
on Started, this will open a Browser Window Pop up. Please ensure POP up Blocker is disabled
as mentioned in point no 2

10) सु निश्चित करें कि आप किसी भी तरह से परीक्षा विं डो से अपना ध्यान नहीं हटाते हैं यानी टै ब/विं डो के
बीच टॉगल करने की अनु मति नहीं है । जब तक आपने अपनी परीक्षा जमा नहीं की है , तब तक आपको
परीक्षा पृ ष्ठ पर बने रहना आवश्यक है । विंडोज़ को टॉगल करने से आपकी परीक्षा स्वतः सबमिट हो
जाएगी। Ensure that you do not shift your focus from the exam window by any means i.e.
toggling between tabs/windows is not allowed. You are required to stay on the exam page till
the time you have submitted your exam. Toggling windows will auto submit your exam.

11) यदि परीक्षा सफलतापूर्वक पूरी की गई है तो परीक्षा की स्थिति "सबमिट" के रूप में दिखाई दे गी। Status
of the Exam will show as “Submitted” , if the exam has been successfully submitted.

12) परीक्षा की अवधि सर्वर समय के अनु सार मापी जाती है और आपकी स्थानीय मशीन से मे ल नहीं खा
सकती है । Exam duration is measured as per SERVER TIME AND MAY NOT MATCH WITH
YOUR LOCAL MACHINE

13) उपयोगकर्ता को समय, निर्धारित योजना के अनु सार ही मिले गा, चाहे लॉगिन समय कुछ भी हो। User
will get the remaining time as per the schedule, irrespective of the login time  

14) यदि परीक्षा की निर्धारित अवधि पूरी नहीं हुई है तो यदि आपने किसी कारण से लॉग आउट किया है , तो
आप फिर से लॉगिन कर सकते हैं और परीक्षा फिर से शु रू कर सकते हैं । पु नः लॉगिन करने पर, आप
केवल परीक्षा के शे ष समय के लिए परीक्षा को पूरा करने के पात्र होंगे । विं डो के टॉगल होने के कारण
ऑटो सबमिट के मामले में यह सं भव नहीं होगा। In case if you have logged out for any reason, you
can re-login and Start the exam again, if the duration of exam is still not completed. Upon re-
login, you will be eligible to complete the exam for the remaining time of exam only. This will
not be possible in case of auto submit due to toggling of window

15) किसी भी अपवाद या एप्लिकेशन में त्रुटि की स्थिति में , उसका स्क् रीन शॉट लें और उसे दरू करने के
लिए इसे [email protected] के साथ साझा करें । In the event of any exception or
application error noticed, take the screen shot of the same and share it with
[email protected] to address the same

16) यदि उपयोगकर्ता वर्तमान प्रश्न का उत्तर दिए बिना अगले प्रश्न पर जाना चाहता है तो इस वस्तु निष्ठ
परीक्षा के लिए, उपयोगकर्ता को आगे बढ़ने के लिए 'स्किप' पर क्लिक करना होगा। For objective
Exam, User need to click on ‘skip’ to go ahead , if the user wishes to go to next question
without answering  the current question

17) परीक्षा शु रू करते समय यदि कोई समस्या आती है तो कृपया ब्राउज़र बं द करें और 2-3 मिनट के बाद
URL दर्ज करके परीक्षा फिर से शु रू करने का प्रयास करें । While starting the exam if any issue is

 faced. Kindly close the browser and try to start the exam again by entering the URL after 2-3
minutes

18) परीक्षा के समय हम अन्य विं डो और कार्यों को बं द करने का परामर्श दे ते हैं । Closing other windows
and tasks at the time of exam is advisable

19) यदि प्रतिभागी URL एक्से स करते समय नीचे प्रतिपादित स्क् रीन प्राप्‍त करता है , तो कृपया
Advanced- Proceed to https://172.1.80.22 पर क्लिक करें । In case participant gets below screen
while accessing URL, Kindly click on Advanced- Proceed to https://172.1.80.22

I. Accessing the Exam

1.Type the URL https://172.1.80.22 in Chrome and press enter . If Following screen appear , enter on
Advanced

2. Now click on Proceed to 172.1.80.22

3.Enter your MMS Id and Password in the login Screen. If you are not able to login kindly contact us
and make sure your MMS Password has not expired or locked

4. Upon login, you will be able to see this screen. You will be able to see the exam along with the
timer showing the time remaining to start the exam. Once the timer stops and “Started” button appears,
please click on “Started”.It is recommended to refresh the link after every 10 minutes.

5.You will be able to see the screen with question panel with each question at a time

6. Warning will be displayed upon toggling .Click on “OK” to continue. Please note that this warning
will be displayed only 4 times and after that exam will be auto submitted

7.Click on “End Exam”when you are done answering .Following summary screen will appear . Click
on Submit.

8. You Exam status will show as “Submitted” upon successful submission . Logout from the module
upon completion

9. In case Exam ends due to any reason, it can again be restarted by logging through URL, provided
that the examination time is not over yet.
II. Disabling POP-up Blocker in Chrome
