     5% GST ON TOUR COST.
    Notes:
     Extra bed will come always on floor.
     In case of child upto 3 years without seat, xerox copy of birth certificate should be provided at the time of bookings.
     If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, political unrest, bands, accidents, or any other natural, or
    manmade calamities, irregularity of trains or flights, lockdown, covid positive reports, the program of the tour has to
    be changed, or extended; the additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers. If any
    passengers have to leave the tour mid-Way, due to any reasons like death of relative or illness, or any other
    reasons, there shall be no refund for the remaining portion of the tour, and the expenses for returning back to
    Mumbai also shall be borne by the passengers. If the tour cannot commence at all by us, due to above all
    circumstances, a credit note with one year validity, will be issued for the amount received after deducting 10% of
    the tour cost as retention charges.
     Tanvi Tours is not responsible for delay/ cancellation/ reschedule of flights.
     Tourists Travel at their own risk.
     Any disputes/ Legal claims be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
     Bus Or Tempo Traveller Will Be For Point To Point Sightseeing. Vehicle Will Not Be Available At Free Time or For
    Shopping.
     Uttrakhand Chardham is a Religious pilgrimage place with basic facilities at some area. Do not compare hotels of
    here with Our Kerala, Kashmir or Rajasthan tour.
     GROUP BOOKING: We will try to provide you the hotels room together on the same floor for the entire group, but
    we don’t assure you that you will get all the rooms together on the same floor.
    Cancellation:
     Between 120 days to 45 days Rs.8000/- per person.
     Between 44 days to 31 days 45% of tour cost + ticket cancellation.
     Between 30 days to 16 days 60% of tour cost + ticket cancellation.
     Between 15 days to 09 days 75% of tour cost + ticket cancellation.
     Within 8 days 100% of tour cost + ticket cancellation.
     The Application for cancellation should be given in writing to our office.
