LNG specification
The terminal user shall ensure that all LNG delivered at the LNG delivery point under this SPA meets the
following specifications(hereinafter referred to as "LNG specifications")∶
1. High calorific value range
Between (37) MJ/m3 and (42.4) MJ/m3, the total calorific value is based on the Chinese National
Standard GB/T 38753-2020 "Liquefied Natura| Gas" "The measurement reference condition used in this
standard is 101.325kPa , 20 °C combustion reference conditions are 101,325kPa, 2O° C,"

(a) When the LNG delivered by the terminal user to the terminal company is in a gaseous state, the
content of methane(C1) should not be less than (86 0% (86) MOL%), and the ratio of components and
substances which contained in the LNG should meet the following requirements:
(i) The mole fraction of nitrogen (N2) does not exceed 1%,
(ii) The mole fraction of butane (C4) and hydrocarbons does not exceed 2%,
(iii) The mole fraction of carbon dioxide does not exceed 0.01%,
(iv) Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) content does not exceed 3.5mg/m3;
(v) The total sulfur content does not exceed 2O mg/m3;
(vi) The mole fraction of oxygen does not exceed 0.1%,
(b) The density and temperature of LNG when it is in a liquid state shall not adversely affect the normal
production and operation of terminal company,
(cl The LNG delivered by the terminal user to the terminal company shall not contain substantial water,
active bacteria or bacteria media (including the sulfate reduction of bacteria or the acid that produces
bacteria) or other contaminants or f○reign substances,
Remarks∶ The above quality standards are standards required by the Chinese Government, not
enterprise requirements. If the LNG does not meet the quality assurance standards required by the
Chinese Government, customs and receiving stations will refuse to accept goods into ports and
pipelines. Seller should supply products in strict accordance with the quality standards required by the
Government to avoid the risks of rejection.
