1. Quick Trial

After wire and power on the system (we have detail wire diagram and video

for how to wire), Now we can do a quick trial.

1.1 Quick try: Enroll Card or Key Fob

To Add Card/Fob User:


Just swipe the “manager add card”,
then swipe common user card or fob continuously,
after that, swipe the manager add card again.

Now, swipe the enrolled card or fob, can open lock.

1.2 Quick Try: Enroll PIN Code/Password.

For example, Person: John, user ID number: 120, Password: 4527 to open door

To program John, steps as below:

Press: * 999999 #
Press: 1 1 (To add User)
press 120 # ( 120 here is user ID number)
Press 4527 #
press * * to quit ( LED is flashing ,means quit programming mode successfully.

Now press 4527 # , can open lock.

2. Official Do program for all users

2.1 Want to delete all users and start from Fresh

Previously, maybe do some trial, now do official program, suggest that remove all
users and begin from fresh stage, the steps are:

Press: * 999999 # ( enter programming mode )


press 0 7 (to delete all users)
press 0 0 0 0 #
press * to quit

Now all enrolled users( card or keyfob or pin code, all deleted)

2.2 About user ID Number

Kindly Notes: Possibly a person will not work for you in future, you need to delete
his/her open privilege. When do the enroll programming, we suggest you assign
unique user ID number for each user and save these information, it will be easy to
delete user in the future. For example, the format can be:

John( user ID Number: 1)


Peter(user ID Number: 2)
…
Chris(User ID number:98)
…
Mary(user ID Number: 101)

2.3 How to Add Card/Fob User with User ID Number

2.3.A Using the “Manager Add Card”:

Swipe management ADD card, then a blank card/fob, it will assign a

user ID as 1 for the first card, 2 for the second card, 3 for the third card

and so on.

Add first card, the user ID number is 1(begin from 1 by default), assign to John
Add 2nd card, the user ID number is 2, assign to Peter
Add 3rd card, the user ID number is 3, assign to Jay…

2.3.B Without Using the “Manager Add Card” to Add user


For User ID manually assign, for example, Mary, USER ID number assigned as 101,

No need use the "manager Add" card


Press * 999 999 #
Press 1 1
Press 101 # ( 101 here is the user ID for Mary)
then swipe card or fob
Press * * to quit programming mode

Now swipe the card or fob, can open lock.

2.4 How to delete Card/Fob User

Delete by user ID Number:


Remove Person: Mary, user ID: 101, if have no Mary’s card or fob on hand, follow
below steps:

Press: *999999# ( enter programming mode )


press 12 (to delete user)
press 101# ( 101 here is user ID number, so need to record some where when you
enroll the user, so that you know which user ID belongs to whom )
Then press * * to quit
with above steps, the user( which user ID=101) will be deleted.

If have the user card or fob on hand, it’s easier, steps:

Just swipe the Manager Delete card,


then swipe common user card or fob continuously.
after that, swipe the Manager Delete card card again

2.5 How to Enroll or Delete PIN/Password Code

Add Person: Chris, Assign user ID Number: 98, Password: 1688 to open door

Press: * 999999 #
Press: 1 1
press 98 # ( 98 here is user ID number)
Press 1688 #
press * * to quit

Now press 1688 # , can open lock.

If some day in future, need to remove/Delete Chris’s open privilege:

Press: *999999# ( enter programming mode )


press 12 (to delete user Password)
press 98# ( 98 here is user ID Number )
press * * to quit
with above steps, the user Chris( which user ID=98) will be deleted.

3. Want to change the default program code

Firstly, enter programming mode by: * Master code #, 999999 is the default master
code
then press: 0 0 new code # new code #
for example, new code is: 987654, you should: 00 987654 # 987654 #
