Introduction
The shoppe is an apps where you can buy the things you want, it helped
a lot especially during the time of the pandemic, people are shopping
online to avoid catching the virus. Online shopping or e-shopping is
searching for and purchasing goodsand services over the Internet
through the use of a shoppe, this research conduct in 2020 by UNCTAD.
Other online shoppers also get stuck in the shoppe and become
addicted to ordering for their household items they order from the
shoppe for the reason it has a discount, but other shoppers lose their
trust sometimes because it looks good in the picture, but when it
arrives, it is no longer beautiful.According to Rahmen et.al.(2018) they
find out the factors influencing online shopping behavior, the factors
they investigate are perceived risk, trust, quality of
website,enjoyment,social influence and advertisement.Other young
people these days like to order things from the shoppe for themselves,
tops are the one in fashion among young people. The students are
attrached to the online shopping and hence the elder people don‟t use
online shopping much as compared to the younger ones, so awareness
has been fashioned in the coming era.Based on the previous research in
2016 by K.S. Silpa, P.U. Rajasree, P. Balasubramanian,He explained the
advantages and disadvantages of online shopping. People who are non-
shoppers are ready to do online shopping, in the future if they get
proper awareness and knowledge. The online transaction should be
flexible for the customers who perceived in shopping. This will also help
people to have insights and give them recommendations to which
application should they use when it comes to online shopping, if they
want to have good service.Shopee also delivered more fun and
convenience for shoppers, and groomed talents to thrive in the growing
digital economy.Shopee also launched two iterations of the Shopee
University Summit in the Philippines to ensure that all its sellers have
equal footing to thrive in the platform and the e-commerce industry.
Through the virtual summit streamed on Shopee Live and Facebook
Live, existing and potential sellers learned about online branding and
social media marketing to boost visibility and sales on the platform.

Literature

The purpose of this literature review is to explore the online shopping

experience and evaluate why consumers are opting to shop online as
opposed to traditional shopping. This is the researcher prove and
reported that experience, (Abd Aziz and Abd Wahid 2018) perceived
benefits and perceived ease of use significantly shape the online
purchase behaviour of the student.(McKay-Nesbitt et al.,2018) and
(Yoon et al.,2018) also observed that the online purchase behaviour
depends upon the gender, type and nature of the product and the risk
associated with the online purchase.Specifically looked at the factors
that influence the extent of usage of different information sources in
pre-purchase information search by online shoppers.Other researcher
investigating the customer behaviour towards online.(Rahman et
al.,2018) and (Jain,2018), respectively. Based on these reasons, this
research carries out analysis to find out the factors influencing online
shopping behaviour using a limited sample size. The factors to be
investigated are perceived risk, trust, quality of website, enjoyment,
social influence, and online advertising. This reseacher find out that
during the pandemic, some people rely on shopping online when
buying groceries, food, clothes, and other needs and wants. There are
many online shopping applications here in the Philippines but the most
common used by Filipinos are Shopee and Lazada. This research is base
on the study of (Computer Hope, 2020). aims to identify which application
satisfies consumers more in terms of services.Otherwise(Esmaeilpour, Hoseini, &
Jafarpour, 2016) currently, many e-commerce sites or online buying and selling
sites exist and certainly have their advantages and disadvantages. The Previous
research conducted indicates that convenience and time are the major factors
affecting the decision to shop online. Future research- Further research can be
conducted on how to successfully use online retailing and predict how the
growing use of internet will affect future consumers and their shopping
behaviour. Simranjit Singh, Sonia Bajwa (2017)had carried out a research study on
“buying behaviour of consumer towards counterfeit products: a case study of
moga city”. The objectives of this study is were to find out the dominant factors
affecting on the consumer while purchasing counterfeit goods, to know the
relationship of these factors with the purchase behaviour and application of TPB
model for knowing the factors creating inclination towards counterfeit. The
sample size was for research was 100 respondents. A structures questionnaire
was used by following the convenience sampling method. The data were
described with the help of pivot table and pie charts with percentages. After the
analysis the researcher had found that behaviour of the respondents that leads
them to go for committing a crime of purchasing such knock offs and pirated
items. Cost and status seeking have known to be the two reasons for committing
an illegal practice. If the money income of the consumer is increased then this
could work as a measure of curbing this practice.“Consumer Behaviour towards
Online Grocery Retail Store in Mumbai Region” study By Snehal Chincholkar

a drastic change. The companies have to work hard for developing their
marketing and distribution strategies to overcome the hurdles of grocery e-
retailing. This research cunducted by (Saban Kumar K.C, Arun Kumar
Timalsina ,2016) He carried out a research work on “Online Grocery Shopping
Attitudes among the Consumer in Kathmandu Valley”. The major focus of the
research was to assess attitudes of customers towards online shopping. The
freshness and deliverytiming were given more importance than payment system
and pricing while shopping vegetables and fruit items online. Customer
perception is typically affected in the way of broadly such as advertising, reviews,
public relations, social media and personal experiences etc. The perception on
online shopping varies from person to another and the perception is limited to a
certain extent with the availability of the proper connectivity and the exposure to
the online shopping has to be improved to make the customer satisfied.A
performed study by(Pritam P. Kothari, Shivganga S. Maindargi 2016) on

time. Companies Offers detail product information, easy mode of payment, facility
