2) CLEAN THE DIAL GAUGE WITH SOFT CLOTH TO REMOVE DUST AND OIL
5) FIX THE DIAL IN THE DIAL STAND AND KEEP ON THE SURFACE TABLE
6) BUILD VARIOUS SLIPS AND PLACE UNDER THE DIAL PLUNGER ON SURFACE TABLE
TO FIND THE ERRORS.
8) ACCEPT IF ALL READINGS ARE WELL WITHIN THE ACCEPTABLE RANGE (REF BIS 2092 - 1983)

INSTRUCTION :
3) NOW USING THE ZERO CONTROL KNOB, SET THE READ OUT UNIT TO THE SET VALUE OF THE
4) REPLACE THE LOW SETTING MASTER BY HIGH.THE READ OUT WILL DISPLAY THE SET VALUE
4) IF THE READ OUT UNIT DOES NOT SHOW THE CORRECT SPREAD, THEN ADJUST THE SAME
USING MAGNIFICATION KNOB ON THE AECM BY HALF OF THE DIFFERENCE FROM THE
REQUIRED SPREAD AND REMAINING HALF WITH THE HELP OF ZERO CONTROL KNOB.

PURPOSE : TO SET THE AIR GAUGE UNIT FOR THE REQUIRED SIZE READING
INSTRUCTION :
2) BEFORE SETTING ENSURE BOTH AIR FLOW VALVES ARE FULLY OPENED.
3) PLACE HIGH OR LOW RING AND ADJUST DIAL GUAGE BY LOOSENING CLAMP KNOB TO READ
4) IN CASE THE SET VALUE IS LESS, THEN ADJUST RH SIDE FLOW VALVE CLOCKWISE 3 TO 4
5) IN CASE THE SET VALUE IS MORE, THEN ADJUST LH SIDE FLOW VALVE CLOCKWISE 3 TO 4

3) KEEP ONE WIRE BETWEEN THE THREAD FLANK AT ONE SIDE AND KEEP OTHER 2 WIRES IN THE
