VISION OF AICTE:
The objectives of AICTE student activity is to expose students to real-time life challenges, to provide the

achieve the highest state of joy by working selflessly for the benefit of others.Being a Volunteer it makes
us more confident and responsible citizens.

AICTE ACTIVITY PROGRAMME REPORT

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY

The AICTE activity named “Volunteering Internship at Youth Empowerment Foundation” was
conducted online from the date mentioned in a certificate. The activity was done over a course of four
weeks and the activity was conducted in online mode from our respective home.

Food, education, and health are the three key issues that will be supported by all donations. For more
than five years, our project has worked with numerous underprivileged groups of children in India, and
we have seen outstanding outcomes.
This was an activity conducted individually by me where I first got into internshala website and
registered myself for the YEF volunteer and after few days I got a message that I was selected by them.
Later they took our educational details and released me an offer letter and I was assigned by one of HR
named Shivani Mishra.

This activity was conducted for one month and our allotted HR used to assign tasks on a weekly basis,
and I was supposed to complete task on a stipulated time and with a weekly report submission. Each
task was given at least 2 days for completion.

The tasks of this activity were like Poster Making,Showcasing Talent Drawing, Training for some
students in an online mode, Presentation to create awareness on social issue Child Labour, Story
Writing, Donating to needy people like food, mask, & all daily essentials,Writeup to the Frontline
Warriors and lastly making a video about myself and my experience.

Each task had some message given and it actually made me know my knowledge, strength, capability.
Task1 Poster making- enhanced my creativity.

Task2 Showcasing Talent Drawing- enhanced my skill.

Task3 Training students- I was taken up with basic concepts of mathematics and it was done in a group
of four people. This task taught how to mutually coordinate with others and take others opinion and
bring the results in a good way. And it developed my teaching abilities.

Task4 Presentation- creating awareness on child labour. More importantly I learnt how to present myself
and deliver my points in a precise & specific to the audience.

Task4 Donation- It internally build my kindness ,givingness etc.

The main idea behind this activity was to develop my strenght, confidence and also bring some changes
to society and help people as much as possible by YEF volunteers.

One of the major advantages of this activity is the seamless experience that they provide. Working for
YEF in any department provides a formidable experience, you not only use your skills but your

OBJECTIVE OF THE ACTIVITY PROGRAMME:

Hamari Pahchan, is a Delhi based NGO that puts forth a platform to aid the marginalized of our society.
They provide a variety of opportunities to future youths so that they can create their own Pahchan
(identity). Our relentless efforts have helped us in becoming one of the best NGOs in Delhi. The projects
like the Drishti Project (Educating Children), Sukhad Project (Awareness regarding menstrual hygiene
for women, distribution of health kit), Skill Development (Providing employment opportunities to the
underprivileged) and initiatives like COVID-19 aid, have proved immensely beneficial to a lot of
people.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY

The AICTE activity named “Virtual Intern at Hamari Pahchan” for the period from 03/06/2022 to
13/06/2022 has worked as a virtual intern with our organisation.This activity was conducted in an online
mode.The primary work includes designing posters, designing content for social media,
Crowdfunding, Digital Media Marketing, working on an individual project as a social
entrepreneur, Drafting and filling legal documents etc.

As one of the volunteers in this organization, WE CARE for poor children and women by providing
legal and medical aid and by organizing awareness and distribution drives. WE EDUCATE children and
women about basic life skills, health, and hygiene. WE CREATE employment opportunities for poor
and underprivileged people. WE EMPOWER through skill development.

This activity had tasks which were conducted on a weekly basis and to be submitted at a given time.
This was monitored by our allotted mentor. A mentor used to guide us on each and every step so that it
would really benefit underprivileged people and also her mentoring would make us more confident.

To address this issue, Hamari Pahchan has come up with the Drishti Initiative. As a part of this program,
we conduct training sessions as well as informative workshops around themes like personality
development, basic communication skills, computing skills and the like for children deprived of the
opportunity to develop such skill sets. Along with the above-mentioned programs, recently, we have also
come up with the “Gadgetshala” initiative under this project.

It primarily aims to deliver Drishti Classes with the aid of the internet and gadgets in order to improve a
child’s learning experience. Mentors are assigned to groups of children to guide them through the
learning process and to ensure that they have easy access to resources.

AICTE ACTIVITY PROGRAMME REPORT

Under this initiative, we used to spread awareness regarding menstrual hygiene. During the lockdown,
we were approached by a group of poor women who informed us about their plight with regard to
menstrual hygiene. They requested us to provide them with the necessary support. After which we
decided to provide the ones in need with the necessary period products. ‘Sukhad’ aims to provide every
menstruator with access to safe and healthy periods. As a part of this project, we provide menstruators
with menstrual kits (Sukhad kits), educate them regarding menstrual hygiene, and create awareness to
dispel the taboo related to menstruation.

OUTCOME OF THE ACTIVITY

As an Intern with Hamari NGO, I am appreciative of this astounding chance of cooperating collectively
with a subject I browsed at the beginning called "Intern Volunteer". Other than that, we have a great
Mentor who is useful and urges us to improve regularly.

I had a superb encounter since I was one among the organization and I had great learning process during
this activity process. It developed my skill, confidence, understand capabilities etc. They are various
assistants who are from various foundations and are committed Interns who are prepared to share their
learning and work encounters at whatever point they are. They are exceptionally favored that this entry
level position is led online for a time of two weeks.

The smallest act of kindness is to lose yourself in the service of others. "Volunteers have constantly been
engaged in organizational activities and sessions with compassion, patience and belief to help someone
in need.

I had a great experience as an intern at the Hamari Pahchan NGO, because of its amazing and
enthusiastic work culture and their innovative vision. The people there are very helpful and great to
work with. They help and support young individuals like us to shape our minds and enhance our skills
through various campaigns. They are contributing to the welfare of society through various social ways
impacting society by a great difference.

My mentor always praises and motivates me to work hard for the projects. this NGO helps children, the
elderly and women and this brings a change in society. I'm thankful to them for giving me this
opportunity to contribute to some social causes. So, I would recommend everyone to join this
organization.

OBJECTIVE OF THE ACTIVITY PROGRAMME:

The main objectives of this activity are to teach basic mathematics and share our knowledge on
emerging trends and technologies in society. Educating rural school children about computer and basic
computer application.Awareness on winter diseases and how to control winter diseases.Spreading
awareness on environment, pollution, and pollution control.Guiding students about the available career
opportunities.The pandemic has made it difficult for students to decide and know about the career
options available around the world, so, the objective was taken to spread awareness about the career and
courses to be selected for those careers.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY

The AICTE activity named “Teaching at St Antonys Public School, Hubli” was conducted offline from
date to with after obtaining permission from the Headmaster of the School. The activity was done over a
course of two weeks and the activity was conducted. As I want to share my knowledge with the students
at school and teach them the basics of mathematics. This would hopefully benefit all the students with
knowledge provided by me.

The focus was on academic subjects which are Basics of mathematics. After being instructed by the
headmaster, we were permitted for revision of 2 chapters from the syllabus of their academics.

The topics which were covered in Basic Mathematics are “Arithmetic Progression and Pair of Linear
equations”. The topics under “Arithmetic Progression” were Nth term of AP, Sum of first n terms of an
AP and their application, and the topics covered under Pair of Linear equations are Graphical methods of
solving linear equation, algebraic method of solving the linear equation, and their basic applications. The
teaching was done in hybrid mode i.e., The PowerPoint Presentation was used for theory and live
camera for solving important problems and examples. The students were enthusiastic and were actively
participating and interacted with us to clarify their doubts, which helped them understand the concepts in
a much better way.

I also concluded the activity by giving insights into various career opportunities that could be taken after
their high school graduation. We gave them an idea with many examples like if PCMB was taken in Pre-
University they could further carry on with either medical field or agriculture or engineering field and
many more. They could also join defence forces with science backgrounds after their Pre-university.
And if commerce was chosen, they could carry on with doing CA, BBA, etc.

OUTCOME OF THE ACTIVITY

The main objective was to teach students about how mathematics is a methodical application of matter.
It is said that the subject makes a man methodical or systematic. Certain qualities that are nurtured by
mathematics are the power of reasoning, creativity, abstract or spatial thinking, critical thinking,
problem- solving ability, and even effective communication skills. Mathematics is the cradle of all
creations, without which the world cannot move an inch. Be it a cook or a farmer, a carpenter or a
mechanic, a shopkeeper or a doctor, an engineer or a scientist, a musician or a magician, everyone needs
mathematics in their day-to- day life.

And conveying all these with revision of the chapters was done and we tried our level best to keep the
student motivated and enthusiastic in the time of the pandemic. They came to know how to achieve their
goals. They came to know about the importance of education and I hope this teaching might enhance
their marks in the exam and also might develop their interest towards studies.

Career counselling helps the students understand the career opportunities and options available. It helps
them analyze their strengths and weaknesses and helps in finding the perfect career path. It is not only
limited to finding the best career option, but a career counsellor also provides a detailed execution plan
to complete their career with good clarity. It helped students in identifying the factors that influence
career development. It will help in boosting the confidence and morale of the students during this
pandemic.
