Introduction and project plan

The major objective of the study is to provide BIJ with efficient distribution tactics for its
investigation. The plan makes use of a strong data science foundation (Isabelle, 2020).
Ultimately, but most definitely not least, discuss the potential advantages of data analytics for
BIJ and how this may improve organisational performance. One of the main goals of the study is
to establish the extent to which the business strategy affected BIJ's product sales. Numerous
goals and KPIs are included in the report's structure and content. - Project Calendar (KPIs).
Analyzing issues with data handling and solutions, have to be used to identify and fix typical
data mistakes.

BIJ has offices in a number of the countries in Asia, North America, and Europe. The BIJ brand
sells its products through a few locations in New York, London, and Mumbai in along with a
variety of other sales channels. Additionally, it has privileges at important airports. Brands like
Cartier, Signet, and LVMH are targets for BIJ. BIJ also unveiled an advertising plan in the UK in
May 2021. The WTTF line manager commended the efforts and mentioned that she is familiar
with the BIJ data before assigning the duty of directing the project's subsequent procedure.

BIJ invested in marketing in the UK in May 2021. The Director of Product & Marketing has
contracted WTTF to do statistical study for this endeavor. Collectively, BIJ and WTTF promote
throughout the UK. A management consultant's task is to provide an answer to the following
question: Have UK sales benefited from the advertising campaign? The supervisor has created
criteria for the initial consumer assessment that will be sent to WFTT in terms of structure and
content. In order to verify that the report completely complies with all requirements for effective
data analysis and decision-making, WFTT would also have required that a number of tasks be
finished.

Work Plan

The primary aspect in developing a strong project management plan is assessing the client's
expectations and appropriateness (Sorescu, 2017).

Goals and targets

Has the UK's growth in sales been impacted by the advertising strategy?
Collaborations

The company that provides analyst advice assistance, Wood from the Trees (WFTT), may be
able to provide the services that Bangles International Jewelry (BIJ) needs. The consulting
company, which was established ten years ago, specialises in offering information processing
solutions to businesses without the necessary core competencies. Due to its proven track record,
WFTT now collaborates with eminent companies around the world. In the UK, BIJ collaborates
with WFTT and makes use of their services for information processing.

Challenges and Issues

Africa, South America, and Australia are presently outside of the purview of BIJ. BIJ aspires to
compete with businesses like Cartier, Signet, and LVMH. But for the first time, present activities
in the UK might pose a problem and a threat to BIJ.

Project goals

A thorough client evaluation for BIJ will be among the case's primary objectives. The structure
and substance of the line manager's objectives are standardized (Cheah, 2017). There are five
tasks that must be finished before submitting the final report. The strategy for the first four
problems would be to change the answers in consideration as well as the feedback on the first
assignment and any new material discovered throughout the modules.

Analytical Framework Used

1. Identify

Has the advertising strategy increased sales in the UK?

2. Describe

The files include sources for each nation, including the USA, the UK, and Japan. For that data
analysis, the United Kingdom must be chosen.

3. Collect

BIJ carried out a detailed investigation involving several nations and offered a spreadsheet for
data collection.
4. Limitations

This analysis is restricted to the UK.

5. Review

Examining UK sales, which seem to be superior to those of Japan but fall short of those of the
USA in terms of quality. If the company wants the UK branch of BIJ to operate at its peak level
in terms of sales performance, it must boost its UK promotional methods.

6. Act

Accepting technological and digital advances is essential. the development of BIJ to maximise
profit. For exceeding sales goals, there should be incentives. The process of making forecasts is
crucial. Customer satisfaction is the most important element (Almius Cederstav and Elmeljung,
2020).

Key Performance Indices

Sales KPIs: It's critical to monitor and recognise vital revenue sources.

Customer Service: The demands of the consumer must come first for the customer service team.

Marketing group: It's critical to evaluate how well a sales lead interacts with and coordinates
with the marketing group (Purcell, 2017).

Human resources: Evaluating employee dedication and effort is crucial.

Additional BIJ constituents: Evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate procedures
is crucial.

2. Data quality issues and remedies

Problems with data and identification

The most frequent issues and solutions that data scientists run across when gathering, evaluating,
and filtering data are as follows: The overwhelming amount of data that data scientists have
gathered is clearly their largest challenge (Zaefarian, 2017). The volume of interconnected
databases and the identification of huge systems in each instance, as well as receiving timely and
relevant information is another problem. The use of photographs or other visual representations
is a substantial additional problem (Agabekova, 2019). For data analysts, using data from many
sources has also proven to be difficult. Additionally, there are instances where finding content is
challenging. Top management is more affected by poor data quality and elevated return
expectations. Support that is less effective is a possibility for other broad problems. The
conventional method of data analytics is prone to misunderstanding (Mantelero, 2018). The
biggest issue is the absence of tools, abilities, and information.

Resolution of Problems

The following are possible fixes for the issues mentioned above. In order to address these
common issues, data systems must automatically collect and organise data. Another option
would be to encourage the usage of automated systems (Fernando et al., 2018). Efficiency may
be increased by using real-time reporting and automated decision-making. Significant data
structure is required for one-click visual representation report production. In that regard, setting
up the centralised system is essential. a helpful tool that resolves concerns that are conveniently
located. For data analysts, the capacity of data sources to provide any kind of evaluation may be
consoling. It is important to emphasise the advantages of risk mitigation. The ROI must be
calculated, and a strong business case must be made for the advantages. Communication and
understanding of analytical skills are necessary (Fernando et al., 2018). It's also necessary to
streamline the evaluation procedure. The systems should grow together with the business.

Problems with the Information in the BIJ Dataset

It has been demonstrated that the BIJ dataset has problems with items like: The BIJ dataset has
experienced uncertainty because of fluctuations in a variety of subjects. In the UK, the
management of data typically uses advanced techniques. The security policy is flawed.
Inaccurate and poorly sourced information in the UK, the sales value. A reporting tool exists;
however it takes a long time (Maheshwari, 2021). Additionally, dealing with human error in data
entry and manual data fusion are also prevalent. The traditional technique of data input presents a
number of difficult tasks during the collection and production of BIJ information.

Addressing the Issues

The BIJ should resolve these problems. A variety of things that need to be done, including: BIJ
must offer data knowledge in the relevant sectors. For Data Solutions, the lowest pricing should
be the objective. Security gaps must be filled. A reliable system is required to overcome the
compatibility issue. A logical order must be followed when delivering the data. A certain rate of
technological advancement is required. It's important to begin utilising statistics (Maheshwari,
2021). Periodic data updates are required. A highly efficient processing capability unit must be
employed to tackle the tremendous volumes of data.

3. Data Analysis and commentary

Comparison of Tables

Japan

SUBTYPE like bracelets, rings, necklaces, accessories, and hairbands exhibit a favourable
pattern in Japan's trend study. However, they must boost total sales if they want to employ the
advertising strategy to produce bigger profit margins (Maheshwari, 2021). In Japan, accessory
sales are underwhelming.

The statistics show a significant amount of variance. Very little development is predicted under
the existing trend. Hairbands from this year are quite well-liked. The averages and ranges
calculated frequently produce favourable results (Maheshwari, 2021).

United Kingdom

There are terrible trends in the UK. Sales in the UK suffer as a result of advertising campaigns.
Sales volume is also pointless. It is urgent to alter BIJ's advertisement approach.

Trends in Sale Value - Japan

To analyze the graphical representations, a case study featuring Japan is used as the example.
Changes will unavoidably occur as time passes (Mihas, 2019).

relatively poor, as seen in Figure 1. The sales data do not benefit the corporation. In the case of
accessories, the ratio of trends to non-trends is 0, or close to negligible.

Comparison of productivity - United Kingdom

The UK analysis is substantially less favorable when compared to Japan. As seen in Figure 2,
there is a net difference in the monthly sales value of both the regions. The UK positioning
approach is not as effective as it could be due to a sharp fall in sales value and other unfavorable
variables.

The pattern simultaneously displays rising and declining inclinations. The firm's bottom line
frequently suffers as a result of the sales value graphs (Mihas, 2019). The prevalence of
accessories has increased gradually but steadily in the UK, in contrary to Japan. The distribution
on the bar chart for the UK is more equally dispersed than it is for Japan. The severity of a sales
fall varies. Advertising efforts in the UK fall short of the mark when compared to equivalents in
Japan and the US. There are various scattered graphs for the UK situation.

Conclusion and recommendations

WFTT compares the general strategies for sales and marketing used in Japan, the UK, and the
US to look at how BIJ makes choices. Statistical analysis, qualitative data science, and critical
thinking are utilized to properly analyze BIJ's data. WFTT, on the other hand, makes use of both
perceptual and experience-based knowledge. Top leadership of the BIJ business is engaging in
various ways (Ridwan, 2020). The company's marketing plan isn't particularly effective. A far
more lucrative and successful campaign is essential if BIJ is to thrive on a worldwide scale, not
least in the UK. Research and BIJ activities should make advantage of present technological
tools. Implementing deliberate, long-term decisions can increase a subtype's sales value.

Different nations use different tactics. These procedures must be applied uniformly over the
world. Investigative techniques that are empirical, analytical, and descriptive are used in this
investigation (Rena et al., 2018). Within BIJ, effective collaboration is absent. The company is
placing more emphasis on contracting and extending its advertising outreach rather than
emphasizing over the unique product development. The sales value is diminished as a result of a
lack of cutting-edge firm development skills. Additionally, there are no creative elements in the
product line. Instead of entering a new market, operations should have been replicated in current
nations like Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States. There is a greater likelihood that
the company won't prosper if it maintains that promotional strategies.

Recommendations

Only certified consultants are able to provide the professional consultancy services that BIJ
demands. The organization's top management must be capable of offering consulting services.
KPI systems need to be used more often (Vahid, 2020). Before a company chooses its market
sectors, a corporate strategy Block must be formed. The complete BIJ system must be converted
to digital format. The reporting and business intelligence system must be derived from past facts,
not simply speculation. The financial costs of the service for BIJ must be determined by analysts
from the operations and marketing divisions. Interaction with the audience is essential for
increasing sales (Vahid, 2020). Obtaining and evaluating consumer desires is the company's first
step.

The data management protocol must be quite intricate. Documentation would not be useful
without experimentation (Kaiser and Srinivasan, 2012). Decisions should be made rationally.
The worldwide company's data transfer must be efficient and use the same methods everywhere.
BIJ needs to be pragmatic when conducting business. Before attempting to enter new markets,
the organisation has to do a case study investigation. Businesses must adhere to the
organisational structure (Vahid, 2020). Product frameworks are also essential for raising
standards for items. Choosing a consumer base requires process innovation as well. Product
development must be given more consideration in the case of BIJ. In attempt to get the greatest
results, more attention should be paid to the countries where the specific commodities are most
successful. As a result, if a product's limitations are well stated and thorough cost and timeline
projections are created, it will be more successful and durable (Walter, 2022).
