I, SMRUTHA RK, aged 32 years W/o Manohar, Residing at No.
3128, 1st floor JanaPriya Heights, 3rd Block Bagalgunte, Hesaraghatta Main Road Mallasandra, Bangalore-560086 do hereby solemnly affirm and oath as follows, 1. I am the Respondent in the above-mentioned Petition filed by the Petitioner.
2. I submit that the present petition for divorce is filed by the
petitioner and the objections filed by me should be treated as part and parcel of this affidavit, so as to avoid repetition of facts.
3. I submit that the averment made herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief.
4. I submit that after throwing out of my marital home, the
Petitioner has not supported me financially in any manner.
5. During the period of our marriage, I tried my level best to
lead a harmonious life with the Petitioner. However, the Petitioner for reason best known to his ensure that there is a permanent discord between us. 6. The present petition is filed by the petitioner stating false allegations against me to damage my career and my reputation in the society.
7. The Respondent belongs to a respectable family, and the
marriage with the petitioner has caused irreparable loss to her future.
8. I submit that the Petitioner is gainfully employed in a
company called Bureau Veritas Pvt Ltd and earning substantial income, and is capable of paying a permanent alimony of Rs. 80,000,00/- (Rupees EIGHTY LAKH RUPEES ONLY) 9. I submit that the permanent alimony paid will secure my future.
10. No hardship loss and inconvenience will be caused to the
Petitioner if this Hon’ble Court allows the Application accompanying this Affidavit, whereas I will be put to irreparable loss, hardship, and inconvenience if this application accompanying this Affidavit is not allowed.
Wherefore it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court be pleased to
grant a permanent alimony and allow this Application accompanying this Affidavit in the interest of justice and equity.
