Step 1: Record scores asked in cells C14:C16
Step 2: Sort data based on 'Name' (select cells B3:B9)
You will see a Pop Up with two choices - 'Continue with current selection' or 'Expand selection'
Step 3: 'Continue with current selection', Select 'My data has headers' and say 'Sort'
Step 4: Now see the scores for Sarayu, Suresh & Khadim. They would have changed
To avoid this distortion of data, always click on 'Expand selection'
Step 5: Ctrl Z (to undo Step 3)
Step 6: Sort data based on 'Name' (select cells B3:F9), then sort
Step 7: Observe that though the names are re-arranged, marks for Sarayu, Suresh & Khadim are
