ANALYZE

How do the school campus and the classroom in particular impact the learning of the students going to school? What
are your conclusions?

I conclude that if the campus has all the facilities and the people around them are nice, approachable but with strong
discipline the students will recognize how important education is. Having those facilities will attract the learner’s
interest to study even more. By providing a comfortable environment to learn the students can focus to class and it
will result to a great learning experience.
How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent development/how does this relate to your knowledge of
facilitating learning?

The students are easy to learn if they are comfortable with the people around them, the place and making sure that
are safe. As a teacher we have to extend our patience provide support and understanding toward the students. Let us
do not forget that we must respect their belief but we have to teach them the moral values in the society.

REFLECT

1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed? Why? Why not?
- Yes , I would like to teach here because it provides a good working environment for students and
teachers. New buildings are being built to improve the learning facilities of the student and this help the
teachers to provide great class with best result. Teaching is quality.
2. What kinds of school campus is conducive to learning?
- In my own opinion, if the campus provide a good atmosphere to help the students to learn and grow. A
school campus that encourages growth both physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, spiritually. An
institution that instill the value and understanding about natural order.
3. What kind of classroom is conducive to learning?
- A classroom that is conducive to learning is with good learning environment, proper ventilation and well
lighted. But the best part of this classroom is, it welcomes criticism, challenges and new ideas. This gives
the student the benefits of growing through interaction emotionally and intellectually. An environment
where the lessons are being learned understood and accepted that will produce a great impact in their
lives.
4. In the future, how can you accomplish your answer in number 3?
- I can accomplish anything with the help of every individual inside the class. Through passion and
determination, school, teachers and staffs, parents and students with a specific goal that to make a
better learning environment.
5. Write your additional learnings and insights here
- For my additional learning, everybody has their own responsibility to create such things. It is not only
you should grow and help but it is everybody’s duty. It doesn’t matter how small you may seem but how
you can contribute in you society. If the children grow in a well environment it is a success in the society.
Education is not a privilege it is a right.
