Heatmaster 2H / 3H / 4H
H = horizontal discharge of air
1. Heatmaster 40R / 50R / 60R
Fig 1: Distribution of hot air in the house (left: cross section; right: plan)
The hot-air convectors of the Heatmaster 40R/50R/60R series are positioned below the ridge at
equal distances according to their working range so that a uniform distribution of air can be
guaranteed (fig. 1). The suspension height is approx. 1 m above the floor. The position of the
discharge holes can be changed in the way that a precise air guidance can be adjusted. The
arrangement of the Heatmasters inside the house should allow for a length/width ratio of the heat
coverage which is as quadratic as possible.
• Technical data
In order to achieve an ideal heat distribution in the house, the horizontal installation of the
convectors must be observed.
The indicated heating performance depends on the house temperature (normally we take 35°C as
a basis), the flow temperature and return temperature (e.g. 90°C / 70°C) and the water flow rate.
B) Suspension
The devices are fixed to the ceiling by means of ropes. The adjustment of the height is carried out
by means of a winch.
40-10-3915 Suspension material for Heatmaster 40R/50R/60R 1x per device
99-50-3700 Wire rope 5mm galv 2x house length
C) Winch
During the moving-out process the devices are lifted by means of a winch which can be operated
manually or electrically. Several devices can be lifted, but only until the max. loading capacity is
reached.
Manual winch:
11-30-3140 Starterkit cable winch 800kg lower gable suspension
Electric winch:
11-32-3012 Starterkit cable winch 850kg 1 line w/wo interm. ceiling
11-32-3013 Starterkit cable winch 1400kg 1 line w/wo interm. ceiling

• Suspension
There are 2 possibilities to install the devices in the house. Either by means of a suspension with
wire ropes (fig. 4) or a fixation by means of a wall bracket (fig. 5):
