Through AIESEC's project, “SELF-LEADERSHIP IS A STEPPING STONE
FOR ME…” I have learned the most meaningful thing when mentioning the two
words "leadership" as lead yourself and that is also the first stepping stone on
the way to conquering the life that I desire. That's when I am proactive from
small daily tasks to big decisions in life. That's when I boldly step out of my
comfort zone and actively pursue my true role model. Since then, "leadership" is
the process of setting personal goals, reflecting on my experience, understanding
my values, and re-inventing myself.
