Through AIESEC's project, “SELF-LEADERSHIP IS A STEPPING STONE FOR ME…” I have learned the most meaningful thing when mentioning the two words "leadership" as lead yourself and that is also the first stepping stone on the way to conquering the life that I desire. That's when I am proactive from small daily tasks to big decisions in life. That's when I boldly step out of my comfort zone and actively pursue my true role model. Since then, "leadership" is the process of setting personal goals, reflecting on my experience, understanding my values, and re-inventing myself. 14. Who are you? (Maximum 300 words)* Previous extracurricular activities at my high school/college: -Participate in writing research papers -Participate in the presentation contest - Participate in volunteer activities of the Youth Union My learning points from those activities: I have learned communication skills, troubleshooting skills, teamwork skills, team leadership, arrangement, and work management. (Maximum 300 words) * My motivation to join AIESEC: I want to become a constantly improving version of myself through meaningful activities with AIESEC. I want to draw a different journey for myself with AIESEC. I learned that AIESEC is an independent, non-governmental, not-for- profit global youth organization that develops the leadership capacity of young people. I want to connect with AIESEC to develop myself. 21. Please share the reason why you choose these 2 JDs. (Minimum 100 words) * The reason why I chose these 2 JDs: I find these are 2 areas that I am passionate about, and they are also 2 main areas of the job market today. I also don't have much experience in these 2 areas. I hope that through working at AIESEC, I will learn and accumulate a lot of experience. 22. Please tell us about your biggest failure in the past and how you overcame it. (From 100-300 words) * My biggest failure in the past: I didn't take care of myself well enough leading to wrong actions. Thanks to my mother's advice as well as the process of reading books and thinking more slowly about life, helped me realize my weaknesses to overcome, and strengths to promote. When I realize my worth, I build my life plan, so that my life has more meaning. 23. AIESEC's mission would give young people a chance to see the world, because if you can see it then you can start to understand it, and if you understand it, then you can start to change it. 24. Why do you think you are suitable to become an AIESEC member? (Maximum 300 words) * Because I feel I am suitable to become an AIESEC member. First of all, I already have the necessary experiences and skills related to the profession, although not much, I would try to learn more experiences and skills from my predecessors to do better in my position and contribute to the development to create value for AIESEC. Second, I find myself in line with AIESEC's mission and development orientation. Finally, I have a burning passion and enthusiasm for my work, looking forward to cooperating with AIESEC and young people in Vietnam and the world to promote my hidden potential, thereby contributing my strength to his youth for AIESEC and the country.
