Existing Controls Conduct TBT before starting any operations, Area to be barriered off. Trained and competent personnel to carry out all tasks. Check with bridge regards any vessel and crane movements before starting operations.
ROV & TMS to be sea fastened where necessary. Correct PPE worn throughout tasks. Clear and reliable communication with ROV control room. No unauthorised personnel to be on ROV work platform during pre &
post dive checks. SOPEP kit to be on hand.
Additional Control Always follow the correct procedure as found on DOCMAP(DSAT-RV-TP-018 and 031). Good Housekeeping. Assess weather conditions prior to any task.

Existing Controls Conduct TBT before the start of any operations. Barrier of work areas. ROV & TMS sea fastened where necessary. Correct tools used for work scope. Competent personnel only to carry out work scope. Correct
PPE worn throughout the task. No unauthorised personnel to be in area of operations. SOPEP kit on hand. Asses body position when working within ROV & TMS framework. Always follow the correct procedure as
found on DOCMAP(DSA-RV-PR-001) for all maintenance tasks. Good housekeeping.
Additional Control If HV, Mech isolation or WAH required, reference procedures in DOCMAP and raise separate RA, TBT and PTW. Reference TM master for further information on hazards and method of carrying out work.

Hazard Effect Serious injury to personnel. Damage to Equipment, Loss of ROV & TMS, Environmental impact.
Existing Controls Conduct TBT before starting any operations, Area to be barriered off. Trained and competent personnel to carry out all tasks, completed MacArtney operating training. Correct PPE worn throughout tasks. Chain
barriers to be correctly fitted and closed to prevent access to moonpool. Clear and reliable communication with ROV control room. No unauthorised personnel to be on ROV work platform during operations. SOPEP
kit to be on hand. Always follow the correct procedure as found on DOCMAP-1053-RV-PR-003.L&R. Good Housekeeping. All Lifting equipment to be certified and in date. Refer to Survey,Bridge and any task plans
for seabed depth and subsea obstructions.
Additional Control Check headset box for battery life and serviceability. Correct communications with LARS interface. Ensure no loose wraps on drum. Ensure TMS & ROV are mated correctly before lifting off deck. Receive clearance
Measures to launch System with Bridge/Shift Supervisor. Monitor the ROV position on Navigation monitor, depth on ROV GUI, monitor all ROV and CCTV cameras at all times.
