2. Respondent Megumu Kawano is a Japanese national and presently


residing at Tokyo to Machida shi Aihamachi 4456-5, Japan;

3. Public respondent Philippine Statistics Authority with office


address17th Floor, Cyber Pod, Centris Eton Three, EDSA, Quezon City,
Philippines, where it may be served with summons and court processes.
The agency is represented by its National Statistician and Civil Registrar
General and is hereby impleaded pursuant to Rule 3 of the Revised Rules
of Court;
