At the end of the lesson, the learner will be able to:
a. define what is an adjectives;
b. distinguish some examples of adjectives; and
c. arrange some pictures and form a sentence using adjectives.

ma’am.

So what is PAGASA stand for?

What does the PAGASA do? The PAGASA tells us about the weather
conditions. Like if there is a typhoon
coming ma’am.

If there is typhoon warning signal


most especially if it is typhoon
warning signal is no.2 the classes
of Preschool, elementary and high
school are suspended.
What could be the possible effect
if there is typhoon?

If the typhoon is strong ma’am there


So what we will do if that might gonna be floods and landslides
happens? ma’am.
Just stay at home or evacuate if it is
necessary.

a little tea pot? I'm a little tea pot short and stout,
Okay that’s good! Let us all stand Here is my handle
and sing I’m a little tea pot. Here is my spout
When i get all steamed up
Hear me shout
Tip me over and pour me out

These words are all examples of
adjectives.
On your own idea, what do you
think is an adjective?

Adjectives are describing words.


In addition to that adjectives are
words that tell something about a
person, place, thing, animal and
event.
For example the seven tells the
number of the week, yellow tells
the color of the sun and stars in
the Philippine flag, round or circle
tells the shape of a ball and
honest tells the characteristics of
a person.
Aside from that an adjectives also
describe the size of someone or
something like a tea pot.
What words that is used in
describing the tea pot?

Little, short and stout


Adjectives also describe what
someone’s feel like happy or sad.
It also describes taste like sweet
or bitter and even textures like
rough or smooth.
What are the things that are
rough?
How about smooth things?
Sandpaper, hollow blocks
