acquisition i.e., 1082.01 Ha, 705.316 Ha has been
acquired. Balance land of 376.70 Ha is to be expedited
by Govt., of Telangana, at the earliest.
Telangana State Govt’s share towards the project cost
(1/3rd Share) work out to be Rs. 311.46 Crores (Excl.
2. Any Other issues Cost of Land). As on date, State government had
deposited Rs. 150 Crores only towards their share of
project cost. State Government is to be pursued for
the deposition of balance share in project cost i.e., Rs.
161.46 Crores.

This land is mainly required for Land acquisition is under different stages. It is expected to get
ROB/RUB approaches and for all land by June’ 2021
extra formation width.

1. ROB 7 at SH & ROB 50 at NH crossing, Approaches
executed by State R&B Authorities. (80% amount already
deposited. R & B to expedite progress. )
Progress of approaches is only around 50%. Further this
work is held up due to land acquisition issues in approaches
(LA in approaches is being dealt by R&B authorities)

Total scope of diversion in forest land is 9.685 Ha.
2. Forestry Stage-I Clearance has been obtained for 9.685 Ha on
clearances 23.09.2015. Application for Stage-II clearance has
been submitted on 06.08.2019. Stage-II clearance yet
to be expedited.
Telangana State Govt’s share towards the project cost
(50% Share) work out to be Rs. 102.63 Crores. As on
3. Any Other issues date, State government had deposited Rs. 61.75
Crores only towards their share of project cost. State
Government is to be pursued for the deposition of

Amendment) Act, 2016 on 13.08.2020 and 31.05.2021.Under pursuance
with State Government Revenue department.
2. Forestry clearances • Forest & Wildlife Clearances in 24.7539 Ha in the State of Telangana:
• Stage -1 Forest Clearance obtained from MOEFC&C on 19.06.2019 and
Formal approval for Wildlife Clerance obtained on 20.04.2020.
• Demand notice from DFO/Kaghaznagar, DFO/Asifabad &
DFO/Bellampally issued on 25.07.2020.
• Administrative Sanction obtained and Payment made to Forest
Department on 02.09.2020.
• Compliance Report Submitted to forest Department on 14.09.2020
• Working Permission obtained on 15.01.2021 from PCCF, Telangana for a
period of 1 year subject to conditions. MoU/Agreement with Forest
Divisional Officers of Kaghaznagar, Asifabad and Bellampally processed
recently. Work recommenced. Stage-II clearance is pending due to
NTCA observations by NBWL which are infeasible for implementation at
site as expressed by Railway (User Agency) and referred through PCCF
to Member Secretary, NBWL vide RC No.15033/2018-WL-1 of dt:
05.01.2021 and also to the Asst.Inspector General of
Forests(MoEF&CC), GOI, of dt:22.03.2021.

2. Important Bridge No.66 on Manair River with 27x18.30m (clear span) PSC Girders: All
PSC girders 54 Nos. Casting completed and 32 Nos launched up to May 31st. Further
works are in Progress. Due to covid pandemic the work slowed down.

3. ROB @ LC 1 @km 362/21-23 between KZJ-HSP to be commissioned before

commissioning of 3rd line and bye-pass line due to difference in grades of between
these lines. Tenders finalized for construction of ROB (Railway portion) and its
approaches (state govt Portion) .

Pradesh Prakasam dist: a) Between Nallapadu - Donakonda section: Requisitions submitted for 36.50
State acres on 25.05.2018. Joint inspection already completed with Revenue authorities for 6 villages
Government. for land acquisition. SIA exempted for the entire stretch. An amount of 3.07 cr. was deposited
with RDO/Ongole & RDO/ Kandukur. Requested DC/Prakasam to instruct concerned to speed up
the process of land acquisition on priority.
b) Donakonda - Nandyal section: Total extent of 90.81 Ac. Requisitions submitted for 90.81 Ac to
District Collector. Joint survey completed in all 20 villages. 13 villages DD published. 7 villages
Draft Notification issued. Required funds 11.55 Cr deposited to collector, Prakasam district.
Kurnool dist: DKD-NDL section : Requisitions submitted for 5.74 Ac to DC / Kurnool on
31.05.2021.No action from Revenue deptarment inspite of serval recommended, state
government to expedite.
Kurnool & Anantapur dist: Land acquisition (42.7 Hectares of Private land & 8.2 Hectares of
