1. Introduction

What is the research question or the problem domain or hypothesis that is being addressed?

Ans: The project deliverables/ my Project outcomes are valuable for events because they
help create deliverables to meet their purpose and goal and taking data measurements and
comparing them to your initial outcome goals at the start of the project also to the
creation and improvement of huge scope occasions like celebrations, meetings, services,
formal gatherings, events, or shows.

2. Background
Why is the problem significant?

Ans: The problems that I want to solve in my project are that event including shows, speakers,
and other event activities as well as connection among participants and sponsors in truly
imaginative and genuine ways. Then I prioritize networking activities in an event and backup
plan for bad weather is also done in my project. Furthermore, to manage crowds in events.

3. Aim and objectives


Aims
● To design and develop cost efficient event management system.

● System to monitor about event promotion.

● Provides event online booking.

● Ticket checking in events.

Objectives

● Research on similar system


● Learning essential tools to build it
● Easy to user interface.
● Online Integration of online payment system.
● Management of total participants in the event.
● Achieving unified high quality of service throughout the events.

Specification
● Development methodology
● Keep a data set of all database in the project.
● The system will permit the client to sign in view of email and passwords.
● The UI of the framework will be not difficult to utilize and will utilize selectable fields any
place conceivable rather than fields that require the client to type in information.
● This includes examining the framework and developing a bunch of graphical framework
models, for example, use case models, which then, at that point, act as a framework
detail.

System testing will be done using Black box testing and White box testing throughout
