durability problem or condition that the products are used properly.

8.Force majeure:The sellers shall not be held responsible,if they,owing to Force majeure cause or cause,fail to make delivery within the time stipulated in the
contract or cannot deliver the goods.However,in such cases,the sellers shall inform the buyers immediately by cable if it is requested by the buyers,shall also
deliver to the buyers by registered post,a certificate attesting the existence of such a case or causes.

9.Arbitration.Any dispute arising from the execution of or in connection with this Contract should be settled through negotiation in case no settlement can be
reached, the case shall then be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Comission of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade,of
International Beijing, for settlement by arbitration in accordance with the Commission's Provisional Rules of Procedure,the award rended by the Commission
shall be final and blinding on both Parties.

10.Obligations:All the signers of this Contract,shall assume full responsibilities in fulfilling their obligations as per the terms and conditions herein stipulated.

11.The buyer/importer should be responsible for dealing with customs clearance and ensuring compliance with the relevant local laws and regulations
of the importing countries.
12.This contract is in two copies,effective since being signed /sealed by both parties.The copy,fax or e-mail has same legal effect with original one.
