Emotions
is defined as a complex reaction
pattern, involving experiential,
behavioral and physiological
elements. Emotions are how
individuals deal with matters or
situations they find personally

Emotional Intelligence
is described as a type of social
intelligence that involves the ability to
monitor our own and other people’s
emotions, to define them, and to use
them as guide for our thoughts and
actions.
Strengthening Relationships
In keeping a strong relationship is both
simple and complex. But the product
of work, effort and being responsible is
a way to make any relationship work.

is related to attitude in planning of the
future, making educational and work
choices and preparing oneself before
making these choices.
