Self-Assessment
a good and realistic evaluation of where
an adolescent is and how she arrived
who he/she is right now.

Self-concept
refers to an individual’s beliefs,
perceptions, and attitudes about
themselves whether it is positive or
negative.

Importance to Career Decisions
an adolescent should be aware of his/her
personal developments such as strengths,
weaknesses, interests and abilities which
contribute a lot in making career decisions
in the future.

Visualizing Career and Idea of


Success
Choosing a career is an important step to do. It
is directly related to one’s ability to earn in the
future which is highly connected to good quality
life or a life of success. But other than that, an
individual must aim greater heights like using
strengths for the good of others and
determining purpose in life.
