The Pakistan meat sector is important to the Pakistani economy. The meat processing industry is
the largest food manufacturing industry. Changes in meat demand can have an impact on all
segments of the food chain, which include agricultural input suppliers, farmers, processors, and
distributors. Meat is an important component in the Pakistani diet and it has been found to be the
primary source of fat for both children and adults.

THE PLAN
Our plan is to provide a platform for a person who is in need and has no source of income and
neither is eligible for getting a job due to lack of education. Thus, understanding recent food-at-
home meat consumption patterns is important for meat manufacturers to develop and evaluate
product development and marketing strategies and identify target consumer segments that are
likely to increase their consumption of particular value-added meat products. From a public
health perspective understanding consumer meat purchasing behavior can facilitate the design of
health recommendations and regulations, the recent public health focus on sodium is an example
of a public health concern that could change the ways meats are processed. Understand consumer
‘s decision making can also help 25 to maximize meat manufacturers ‘revenues and minimize
their costs.

Most of the world population suffer from obesity which has become the biggest issue and it can
increase the risk of many health problem like diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers,
therefore by taking initiative and keeping this problem in mind we have come up with the
innovative business idea to promote our diet plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner which has been
consulted by nutritionists for losing weight which will help bring the desired good results. These
are prepared meal boxes with different ingredient, ready for consumption anywhere anytime.
They are also inexpensive quick and healthy and provide all the healthy nutrition for people who
want to lose weight healthy and tasty way.
The problems lies that most of our Pakistani people love eating food outside and they are not
more than a single option to go for the healthy food, there are many restaurant providing
unhealthy food filled with unhygienic and unhealthy products. We have come up with specific
idea to promote the healthy lifestyle, and help you to maintain weight to promote overall health.
Business Idea:
Dietish would be a provider of products and programmed in the diet and nutrition industry. By
offering a superior product line employing innovative marketing technique. The company will
maintain an uncompromising commitment to quality while insuring a fair return. This Diet
Program is a meal replacement system of prepare food that goes beyond simple reducing calories
it reduces hunger and provide a satisfying sense of fullness.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE
We sell healthy meal boxes for our indirect and direct customers as well as gym bodybuilders. It
is small-scale business. These boxes are prepared at our home by using the fresh ingredients and
delivered to the clients. We also have website by which customer can contact us for delivery.
Initially we would keep our profit margin low and make it affordable to every customer. We
would need to grab their attention by providing high quality so that customer could become loyal
to our brand, even if we increase our prices.
MARKETING STRATEGY
Our marketing strategy revolves around the low price at a high quality which ensure our
customer to get hygienic food in a minimum, affordable price and Calorie counted meals for the
health conscious. All of our recipes are made in consultation with a nutritionist to ensure that
meals are well balanced and healthy for sustainable weight loss and weight gain.
THE EMPLOYMENT MODEL
We would like to implement the employment model because as our project is dietish which has a
prime purpose to fulfill the problem gap in the society and even enhance our youth talent by give
them employment opportunities and polish their skills
SOCIAL BUSINESS VENTURE
We are demonstrating the model of social business venture, As we have started our business
which is related to diet food for the people who want to maintain their health and fitness. We
have started small scale business our main aim is prioritizes a social good along with business
success. We would be giving employee opportunities and utilize our profit for our society. In our
project we have been given opportunity to assist the poor ones.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Due to Covid- 19 and floods, many businesses are badly hit in Pakistan. The supplier and the
designer of the shirts is in Saddar and people have stopped buying from there due to the crisis
like mentioned earlier, So by doing an online business, we will be creating jobs for the suppliers
and for a man who is willing to manage the operations of buying and selling the goods.
OUR PLAN
 Our plan is to set a business-startup of customized Shirt-printing for someone in need for a job.
We will identify people from indigent backgrounds who are willing to learn something new.
 Due to the Pandemic of Covid-19, we will guide and train them by briefing them about the
business and guide them on how to operate Instagram and Facebook page. We will help them
out in guiding how to communicate with the customers while placing an order.
 Once they get awareness on how to conduct E-commerce business operations, we will hand
them over the resources for conducting and implementing the project.

OUR BENEFICIARIES
Our beneficiary is a man named Yusuf Khan living in Block 1, Gulistan- e – Jauhar, Karachi. He
was a painter, but due to Covid-19, he’s been jobless and works at a very low pay wherever he
gets a chance to do so. He has a wife and three daughters and one son (physically disabled), none
going to school.

We want to help the needy women who wants to support their families, but they are not able to
start their business because of financial issues.

HOW IT WILL HELP THE SOCIETY.


Our main purpose of this activity is to help people who have got deprived in the current situation
of Covid-19 and have no source of income coming from anywhere, secondly, the customers will
also get a benefit by getting healthy home-cooked food either to enjoy it as a dinner or eat during
their work hours in the best price rather than going into a restaurant where they charge high a
price and there is no guaranty hygiene in the food. By providing home-cooked food the person
will guaranty of complete hygiene, we will guide them to maintain the standards and also in
looking in the light of the current situation we will put strict measures in the kitchen.

 Objective:
Our main purpose is to help the people in need or who have got deprived in the current situation
of covid-19 and support their families

made for their family, so we need some donation. she is the only who support their children. She
has 2 daughters and 2 sons. Both daughter’s studies and 1st son was doing job in school but due
to covid-19 is jobless and 2nd one is doing serving in dominos, but he is doing temporary job so
may be this business help their family.

Basically, it is a company which provides services on government electrical, mechanical, civil
contractor and general supplier. Fortunately, they were very convinced about proposal and about
a week they sent us a letter agreeing to give Rs. 15000 for cause.

marketing strategies to grow their business and helps to market their product.
Objective
The aim of our business is that we target and help the poor people through social media via
digital marketing. The main objective is that:

So, this is our main aim and objective of our business

Our estimated cost on digital marketing on social media would be around $45-$50 per
advertisement.

The basic plan went in a way that we decided to buy organic chickens (we avoided the broilers
on purpose) at first that were of very small age, normally known as chicks and then we found
families that were living a sort of rural life in this urban city (Karachi) and the family members
were pretty much hand to mouth and had no source of earning and if someone one had one then
it got away from them in the COVID-19 pandemic. We bought them incubators so that they can
hatch the organic eggs that the chickens laid, now operating an incubator was not an easy job and
we knew that so we trained the beneficiaries that were looking after the process.
OBJECTIVES:
• To increase the poultry population.
• To introduce crossbreeds and high yielding breeds to increase the production of eggs and meat.
• Improve the protein intake level of the rural poor.
• Chickens can provide a good source of income to the rural villagers, particularly the poorest
families with limited resources like land and capital. 
• They are easy and inexpensive to take care of.

The course aims to enable underprivileged people of society to earn and live life with dignity.
We have decided to target the women who are single mothers and are living life below the line
and are unable to fulfill the necessities of life. We will gather at least 3 to 5 women from
different households in order to bring benefit to a large part of the society, so as per requirement
of our course we have decided to setup up a business venture and are trying to provide them with
a platform to earn money so that they will be able to live a better life. We will also provide them
with skills related to baking and cooking then will associate them with different institutions/
organizations who offer their employees with lunch facilities, in this way they will be able to
generate income and support their families. We will also setup an online platform for them where
they can offer their services to rest of the people such as a Face book page.  

OBJECTIVES:
 To enable the underprivileged people of the society to earn for themselves.
 To enable the poor ladies, earn enough to fulfill their necessities by themselves.
 To provide the customers with healthy and delicious homemade meal.
 To fulfill humanitarian needs.
 To change the environment in favor of individual growth and development.

1ST BENEFICIARY:
Our first beneficiary name is Anum. She belongs to rural areas of Sindh. Her husband is addicted
to drugs and don’t work to support his family. Anum works in other people homes and make
food for them in exchange of some money but still she is unable to fulfill her family’s basic
needs. We approached her through a society in Memon Markaz where she uses to attend one day
cooking courses. For her benefit and our convenience, we offered her to work with us.

2ND BENEFICIARY:
Our second beneficiary name is Erum. Her husband got disabled after an accident. So, she
decided to earn for her family. We also approached her through a society in Memon Markaz. She
is also skilled in Baking and cooking.

3RD BENEFICIARY:
Our third beneficiary name is Faiza. She also takes classes in Memon Markaz. She is an acid
victim. Her in-laws were very cruel. Her husband threw acid on her face following a quarrel.
After that incident she is living with her family. She belongs to a poor family and is taking
classes in Memon Markaz to cook in bungalows to support her basic needs.

In order to carry out our project work we needed some amount of money. We sent almost 40 to
50 emails to different well renowned organizations and industries in order to get CSR from them.
We didn’t get any response from any of those organizations. We also visited Pepsi industry,
Nestle, Gul Ahmed but still got failed in getting the CSR amount. We then had a talk with Sana
Textile industry with the reference of the father of one of the group members. They finally
agreed to give us Rs 30,000 for our project work. We are very thankful to them as they supported
us in a very sensitive and well benefitted social work for the society.

Business Description

INTRODUCTION:
This project creates sustainable livelihoods through income generation programs by conducting
grooming skills training for the deprived poor women. As part of our regular programs in our

women’s and creating awareness among them through motivational classes and providing skills
training in Tailoring and Embroidery. 
In this 15 days grooming skills training program, the skilled trainer will be teaching theory
classes as well as practical working for those women’s which we targeted for our program. This
program will be based on hand made art. We provide them clothing material, different types of
frames, needles and threads for embroidery, pearls and beads for designing, and other accessories
for this program. We are also providing them a proper material so they can be able to stitch
clothes and etc. they will be easily able to earn almost Rs.5000 per month by getting orders from
nearby houses and by this they can fulfill their basic needs.

The Plan
The project “Train a Brain” has followed up a leveraged nonprofit social entrepreneur structural
model where it solves the problem by using external source of finance (CSR). More precisely,
the employment model is implemented where job opportunities and its training will be more
apparent.
How will it help the society?
 Such events can demonstrate how much of an impact can be brought by with such little
effort, which encourages other youngsters to bring a similar sort of an impact powered by
their own creativity and urges them to leave behind a positive footprint of their own. It
further brings out the benefits of teamwork, and illustrates how everything becomes
achievable when every groupmate is able to bring a certain uniqueness to the table, their
own set of skills or specialty in order to work towards a greater good.
 Breaking poverty cycle by providing these people with adequate practical knowledge
which helps them get a good job and a stable future, will therefore be able to provide the
same (or better) education for their children.

clothes and we design these bags in such a way that they are suitable for pollution free
environment. Our aim is to make our environment pollution free and ecofriendly. Our main idea
is we are recycling the unused pieces of cotton sheets to make these bags and make our country
healthier place to live.
The awareness of the hazards of plastic bags to the environment is increasing among the public.
Also, the Govt. imposes ban plastic bags throughout Pakistan and abroad. Hence, it is fueling the
great demand for eco-friendly Cloth bags. The Eco-friendly Cloth bags manufacturing industry is
poised for higher growth with a bright future.

The first year of service may be possible the mainly significant, as Car service center plans to
establish strong relations with customers. These relationships will help as Car service center to
grow and evolve in this industry. 
Elite Gloss will focus on three local geographical markets, the Orangi Bike Auto Parts &
Mechanic Market, International Auto Parts Market and Shershah Kabari Market. 
Offering special coupon prices for the proposed customers will also integrate a particular
marketing plan. Car service center will build up a character in favor of quality as well as
customer service. 
Objectives 
 To provide Excellent car polish service at door step with quality, surety and
excellence in a very reasonable price.  
 To provide glimmer, shine auto detailing and prestige shine to our customers.

We originally needed Rs. 25000 for our project as we planned to have 5 beneficiaries. A single
kit costs us 5000 rupees. But we couldn’t find potentially capable people for it so we ended up
donating the remaining 15000 rupees for our class project as a donation of Rs. 15000.

We asked EFU General insurance to help us with the costs as the company has the highest
revenue among other insurance companies. We asked them to guide us throughout the process so
they guided us and granted us CSR of Rs. 25000.

We live in rapidly changing times, especially for businesses. This is why, in our opinion, some

First of all when our project was selected, we made our proposal and mailed to different
companies for the help for providing us with the CSR. Hopefully, we received some positive
replies such as from jubilee insurance. They regarded our hard work and they really appreciate
our deliverable.
Step 1:We were invited from jubilee life insurance where we deliver our small presentation and
cleared their doubts and assured them that there CSR will be used for those who deserve them.
Step 2:After that we just received an email on 5tth September from Mr. Osama Parvez (executive
officer) of confirmation that we will be provided with the CSR of 25,000-/ pkr for the
sponsorship of PAF KIET CSR project titled by NEEDLE’s MASTER.
Step 3:After this big achievement we opt out to find the most deserving one as our beneficiaries.
It was a tirng and time taking process we talked to different ladies and finally we choose the
most deserving ones

In this project we have also find out the Beneficiary person.so we started finding out the
Beneficiary, after that we find a really needy person kallel Ahmed. Kallel had 2 children and
wife. He is so hardworking person. He also had little bit how know of growing plant. Then he
started taking training of gardener, in 6-7 days he is so trained.
Background Information:
Our GARDENERS are educated in organic and biodynamic agricultural practices. We pay all
the fees associated with acquiring the necessary organic certifications for them, and then we
purchase the SEEDS and herbs at a premium market price.

OBJECTIVES:
The Orphanage Project’s primary objective is to meet the physical, mental, emotional and
spiritual needs of orphaned and/or destitute children by providing them with love, care,
nourishment, guidance, and the highest level of education so that they can grow to be alued
members of society with a promising future and a memorable past.

ABOUT PROJECT: HELPING ORPHANS.


Orphans Care Agency started this project, to help number of Orphan, Semi Orphan and
Street Children. The problem of orphan / street children is acute due to urbanization and
industrialization. These children are involved in rag picking; pick pocketing and participating in
anti-social, criminal activities. Therefore, we envisage mainstreaming these children in the
national building by providing care, support and protection in collaborating with ORPHAN
CHILDREN HOME.

BENEFICIARIES:
The direct beneficiaries are the Orphans (are main target) and also the caregivers who will work
for this noble cause.

RAISING CSR:
Yameen dairy farm is a dairy farm that donated us a CSR of PRs 26000 in Cash. We are also in a
contact with them for future projects to help orphans they has applied 2% charity on their
everyday sale and they will give it to us for this noble act.

BUDGETING:
We received a CSR of about Rs.26000 from Yameen Cattle farm. We utilize are budget in this
way. The extra 150 rupees were added by the group.

Potato planet is a standard and registered chain of fast food stall that with strong bias in
the production of French fries.

OBJECTIVES:
Our goal is to help a needy in search of employment.
To establish a presence as a successful French fries stalls outlets.
Our target is the unemployment. We have approached a man of age around 27-28 who has his
mother, wife and children with him. He is jobless and surrounded with a lot of debts and
responsibilities. So we thought of helping him by deciding to provide him an earning
opportunity.

Sponsors:
We are taking financial support i.e CSR from a private firm which is Noor Scrap Trader. We are using the
financial support from a private firm with not the aim of any profit for us and doing a public good by
opening a French fries stall for a poor needy person, so that he could easily earn his living and support
his family.
