Power Bundle 360 comes with three trading systems. Each

system includes:
• a template to format your charts
• an exploration to find new entry signals
• two system tests to help determine profitability and settings
• an indicator to customize the system’s settings
• an expert advisor to display signals on your charts and
provide commentary
All three systems include Trading Indicators’ Instant Efficiency
Technology (IET) statistics (shown in the expert advisor’s
Commentary window) to give you a quick read on the system’s
entry and exit signal performance. This makes it easy to gauge
the reliability of the signals.

1-2-3-Strike!
System Description
1-2-3 Strike! is a trend-following indicator and trading system.
There are often small – but noticeable – progressive changes in
volume, trend, and volatility before trends really start to take off
with decisiveness. 1-2-3 Strike! detects these subtle changes and
signals high probability entry and scaled exit points.
When volume and volatility are high, the system enters an
‘activated’ state where it begins to look for potential entries
depending on recent changes in trend momentum. When a trend
shift coincides with relatively elevated volume and volatility, it
strikes with a new entry. A protective process calculates scaled
exit points when volume, trend, and volatility begin to falter.
These exits provide opportunities to secure profits and defend
against losses before the move is over.

Power Bundle 360 Manual 5

Chapter 3: Strategy Explained
How its calculated
1-2-3 Strike! waits for elevated levels of volume and volatility
before entering its activated state, where it begins to look for
entries. The Volume Period sets the length of the volume average
to compare against the current volume. The Volatility Period sets
the length of the period we analyze to determine whether
current volatility is relatively high or low. The system leverages
the Fast and Slow MA Periods to detect changes in trend
momentum.

Entry and Exits

Entries 1-2-3 Strike! signals long and short entries when
the conditions align across all three trading
dimensions. The trades are held until a reversal
entry occurs, or until all of the partial exits trig-
ger.
Exits Partial exits occur when volume, volatility, or
the initial trend subside. There are also built-in/
proprietary time and price-based formulas to
exit at particularly opportune moments. You
can customize the maximum number of scaled
exits taken per trade by the Long Partial Exits
and Short Partial Exits parameters. You should
adjust the values of these parameters to fit your
position sizing and scaling preferences.
Long Partial Long partial exits occur in five cases:
Exits 1. Volume shifts to relatively low
2. Trend momentum changes directions
3. Volatility shifts to relatively low
4. A historically unusually profitable bar
occurs
5. A large, high volume down bar occurs (if
‘Exit on High Volume reversal’ is enabled)

Power Bundle 360 Manual 6

Chapter 3: Strategy Explained
Short Partial Short partial exits occur in five similar cases as
Exits well:
1. Volume shifts to relatively low
2. Trend momentum changes directions
3. Volatility shifts to relatively low
4. A historically unusually profitable bar
occurs
5. A large, high volume up bar occurs (if ‘Exit
on High Volume reversal’ is enabled)

Divergence Cloud
System Description
Divergence Cloud is a trend and volatility-based indicator and
trading system designed to detect and profit off of reversals and
continuations. It analyzes price, trend, momentum, and volatility
to predict the most likely future price action. It then depicts its
predictions on the chart using a colored trend ribbon, colored
price bars, and entry/exit signals.

How its calculated

Divergence Cloud detects two types of proprietary divergences
(Bullish and Bearish Divergence Clouds) to predict and profit
from trend reversals and continuations.
Bullish Bullish divergence clouds develop around areas
Divergence where volatility stabilizes and decreases, while
Clouds price trends and momentum accelerate
upwards. They are depicted on the chart by

Power Bundle 360 Manual 7

Chapter 3: Strategy Explained
dark turquoise price bar coloring and trend rib-
bon.
These moments often indicate strong bullish
support before an upward reversal and are usu-
ally good long entry points during a pullback
before bullish trend continuation. Also known
as ‘grinding upwards,’ this kind of price action
occurs when volatility is low, but the trend is
steadily bullish.
Simply put, Bullish Divergences occur when:
• Volatility is low and decreasing
• Price and momentum are sloping upwards
Bearish Bearish divergence clouds develop in zones
Divergence where volatility is high and increasing, while
Clouds price trend and momentum are accelerating
downwards. They are depicted on the chart by
pinkish red price bar coloring and trend ribbon.
These clouds single out unsustainable tops
before drops and failing strength and support
leading into downtrends. Commonly known as
‘blow-off tops,’ these prime reversal points are
generally solid short entry points.
Thus Bearish Divergences occur when:
• Volatility is high and increasing
• Price and momentum are accelerating
downwards

Entry and Exits

Entries Long and short trade entries trigger when a
chain of divergences in a new direction begins.
Hold the trades until a reversal entry or all par-
tial exits occur.
A partial exit occurs when a ‘streak’ of consecu-
tive clouds comes to an end. However, this isn’t
always the case, as there are also built-in/propri-

Power Bundle 360 Manual 8

Chapter 3: Strategy Explained
etary time and price-based formulas to prevent
trades from exiting too early.
Exits Partial (or scaled) exits occur whenever a streak
of divergences in the existing trade’s direction
ends. These moments indicate that initial condi-
tions which opened the trade are coming to an
end, and its best to secure some profits or cut
losses. You can customize the maximum num-
ber of scaled exits taken per trade by the Long
Partial Exits and Short Partial Exits parameters.
You should adjust the values of these parame-
ters to fit your position sizing and scaling pref-
erences.
Long Partial Long partial exits (LPEs) occur in two cases:
Exits 1. Price is still trending upwards from the
entry, but volatility increases
2. Price trends downwards from the entry,
while volatility is still low
Short Partial Short partial exits (SPEs) occur in two cases:
Exits 1. Price is still trending downwards from the
entry, but volatility decreases
2. Price trends upward from the entry, while
volatility is still high

parameters, check out this explanatory video and user’s manual:

Chapter 3: Strategy Explained
Volatility Crusher
System Description
Volatility Crusher is a breakout and breakdown detection
indicator equipped with entry and exit signals. Its approach is all
about analyzing trends in volatility compression and expansion
to signal the moments where price explodes into a trend. It takes
a unique and innovative approach to identify these high-quality
breakouts and breakdowns.
Note: Volatility Crusher will work on any symbol and time frame – but
since it trades price breakouts and breakdowns, it is usually
most profitable to apply it to instruments with a moderately
high range and volatility.

How its calculated

Volatility Crusher is all about analyzing how the compression and
expansion of volatility progress through time. Simply put, it finds
its high-quality breakouts and breakdowns by spotting the
moments where an exceptionally rapid expansion of price
coincides with a new high or low.
An entry signal occurs when this rate of expansion crosses a
certain threshold of standard deviations away from the norm,
and price expands to a new high or low with sufficient volume.
The system plots profit targets and stop-loss at a distance from
the entry price relative to the size of the compressed zone from
which price exploded into the signaled breakout or breakdown.
For a more detailed explanation of Volatility Crusher’s logic and
parameters, check out this explanatory video and user’s manual:

Chapter 3: Strategy Explained
Customizing the Systems
Each Power Bundle system includes a configuration indicator:
• Power Bundle 360 - 1-2-3-Strike! AO Settings
• Power Bundle 360 - 1-2-3-Strike! Settings
• Power Bundle 360 - Divergence Cloud AO Settings
These indicators allow you to adjust the strategy to better fit the
instruments you trade. Go to Tools> Indicator Builder in
MetaStock and highlight the appropriate Settings indicator. Click
the Edit button to open the Indicator Editor. Change just the
numerical value of the settings. Be sure to leave the semi-colon ( ;
) at the end of each line. Click the OK button when finished and
close the Indicator builder.
MetaStock will immediately apply your changes to all uses of the
system. Unfortunately, this means you can not use different
settings for different stocks unless you edit the Settings every
time you change instruments. MetaStock recommends using
settings that work well with multiple instruments to minimize
adjustments.

Trading with the Expert Advisor

Each expert advisor will signal long and short entries with ‘Long
Entry’ and ‘Short Entry’ markers on the chart. These are the
signaled points of entry. From this point forward, until the trade is
closed out entirely, the expert will signal ‘LPEs’ (long partial exits,
in the case of a long trade) or ‘SPEs’ (short partial exits, in the case
of a short trade).
A fraction of the initial trade position should be closed out at
each of these partial exit signals until it is closed out entirely. If a
new trade entry in the opposite direction occurs while a position
is still open, completely close the current position and take the
new trade.

Power Bundle 360 Manual 11

Chapter 3: Strategy Explained
You can customize the maximum number of scaled exits taken
per trade by the Long Partial Exits and Short Partial Exits
parameters. You should adjust the values of these parameters to
fit your position sizing and scaling preferences. (For more
information, see “Customizing the Systems” on page 11.)
