Petrofac: Load Input For The Design of Pile Cap

The document provides load case information for the design of a pile cap. It includes 14 load cases with forces and moments applied at different nodes. The total height of the pile cap is 2.15 meters. Loads from a structural analysis program are factored up by 1.5 to account for increased capacity of the pile cap design. The factored loads are then listed for each load case and node.

Weight of Pile Cap + Pedestal + Soil + Surcharge:

Self weight of pile cap = {4.7 x 4.7 x 1} 25

= 552.25 kN

Weight of pedestal = 0.5 x 0.9 {0.5 + 1.65 - 1} 25
