    time bound research project undertaken in this institute.

    2. Name of the temporary research project :Skew cyclic codes over the extension of Z4 and
    their applications in quantum and DNA computing

    3. Name of the sponsoring Agency: SERB- DST, Govt. of India.

    4. Consolidated Fellowship/Salary: 31,000/ or 35000/ (as per experience) + HRA and


    Other allowances as per institute rule

    5.Qualifications & Experience: M. Sc. (Mathematics)/M. Tech.(Maths& Computing)/ M.


    Tech.(Computer Sci.) with strong Mathematics knowledge.

    The candidate desirably should have M. Sc. (Mathematics) degree or equivalent degree in
    (Mathematics & Computing) with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% of marks. The upper age limit
    for applying for the JRF/SRF position shall be 28/33 years. Relaxations for
    SC/ST/OBC/women/PD will be given as per the GOI rules. Working/research experience in the
    field of Algebra (Rings & Modules) and MAGMA software will be given preference.
