1. GO-LIVE BLOCKER: Choose an item.

2. Is this issue coming on your current PROD/QA too? : Choose an item.

3. If yes, did BMC support provide the fix for the current version: Choose an item.

 If the selection for Point# 2 is YES then the issue would not be considered as
a UAT/Go-Live Blocker because the issue persists in your current Prod/ QA
as well.

The issue is not caused due to an upgrade. Customer should report the same
Issue for Prod/QA with BMC Support.
