Database Part 2

Microsoft Access is a desktop database management system that allows users to create their own Access databases. The steps to create an Access database include: 1. Opening Microsoft Access and selecting the Blank database template or choosing your own template. 2. Naming and saving the empty database, which serves as the foundation to add database objects like tables, forms, and reports. 3. Adding tables, the basic structure to store and organize data, either by using an auto-generated Table1 or creating additional tables from the Create tab.
