    1. To monitor the status or condition of our hired Filipino workers and submit
    reports of significant incidents, so far as is reasonably practicable, to the
    Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and Migrant Workers Office (MWO)
    – Osaka, as provided in the POEA Rules and Regulations;

    2. To assume joint and solidary liability for all claims and liabilities which may
    arise in connection with the employment of workers, including but not limited
    to payment of wages, death and disability compensation and repatriation;
    and

    3. To guarantee compliance with contractual obligations as approved and


    processed by the MWO-Osaka.
