Scope:
This Policy applies to all Permanent and Contract employees of Omni (Pvt) Ltd Head Office.
Policy Statement:
Omni recognizes that, like most companies, all employees act as representative of the
organization and should therefore be dressed accordingly. The way in which Omni
employees dress and present themselves plays an important part in the image that Omni
portrays to customers, suppliers and the general public. For this reason, you are asked to
aware of presentation of yourself and to adhere to the dress code policy at all times when
representing Omni. Whilst it is appreciated that those employees who are likely to deal with the
public or clients should dress accordingly.
Objective:
Our objective in establishing a business casual dress code is to allow our employees to work
comfortably in the workplace. Yet, we still need our employees to project a professional image
for our customers, employees, and community visitors. All casual clothing in not suitable for the
office, these guidelines will help you determine what is appropriate to wear to work.
Employee shall observe proper dress code Trouser, Shirt with tie during the weekdays
(Monday to Thursday) and the Fridays they may dress Salwar Kameez. The general
guidelines for formal business attire in the office are as under:
a. Junior Management and above may wear shirt with collar (with a tie) and trouser.
Jackets may be worn by staff members as and when required.
b. Non – Management Staff may wear uniform provided by the company.
All employees at all times are required to possess Company Identity card provided to them by
the Company. The identity cards also serve as swipe card used for registering the time for
coming and leaving the Company.
