The electric flux density vector inside a spherical shell of inner radius ri=0.05 m and outer radius

(a) Evaluate the volumetric charge density inside the spherical shell.
(b) Find the total charge inside the shell.
(c) Calculate the total electric flux out from the shell.

Question 2 (25 points)

A circular ring of radius o =0.02 m and centre at the origin lies in the xz plane and carries a linear
charge density  L=0.01µC/m.

(a) Find the electric field at the point (0, 0, 0) m.


(b) What is the electric field at the point (0, -0.3, 0) m?
(c) What is the electric potential at the points (0, 0.3, 0) m?
