    The course is aimed:
    1. To impart knowledge on continuous and discrete time signals
    2. To under stand the basic properties of signals and systems
    3. To know the method of characterization of LTI systems in time domain
    4. To analysis discrete time signals and system in the Fourier and Z transform domain
    5. Understand the design of various types of digital filters and implement them using various
    implementation structures
